Pour être honnête, le prix est vraiment digne et tout est si bon! Très propre et calme, le lit et les oreillers me manquent, car c'est le plus confortable que j'aie jamais eu. L'emplacement est également pratique, marcher environ 3-4 minutes est arrivé la station de métro. A Tokyo, l'hôtel comme ça et avec le prix digne, ce n'est pas habituel mais ça l'a fait !

Location is perfect. Next to two metro / JR stations. There are a few restaurants and convenient shops nearby so can find food when we come back hotel late. Tokyo tower is very close to the hotel. Walkable to visit this great spot from the hotel. Staffs were polite, helpful and nice. Bedroom is clean but the toilet and carpet / towers have some strains on them. This could be better. There was no breakfast available. But convenient shops around so we have no problem about that Room and bed are a bit small for a family of 3 members.

Reception was simple. Room was at level 14 so it had a nice view of the surrounding area. Big windows compared to other hotels in its league. Room is a bit more spacious than other hotels. Good amenities provided. No mineral water provided. Coffee machine only had black coffee. Location wise was a bit of a walk from Hamamatsucho but nearby Daimon station. The north exit at Hamamatsucho has no step free way so it's quite a walk if you're with luggage. It was still a good stay. Love it.

Has always loved this area, convenient to Haneda airport and the East sides of Tokyo. The hotel is clean and tidy, staff are all friendly and supportive.

Excellent ! Location is convenient for transportation as hotel located closely with 2 train stations. Highly recommend to stay and I must stay this hotel next visit.

Very nice location, walking distance to Tokyo tower and easy to travel to Haneda airport. Room is decent size

Stayed for 7 nights for recent August trip,first timer. Location was alright but seems their housekeeping was not that good. Carpet was dirty, found some fingernails hanging around for days since the day we checked in. Have to observe for days and still nothing was done. No choice but to approach front desk on the 4th night to remind them to vacuum the room! On the 5th night, my husband was unable to access the room when we returned after a long day. (I was at the nearby FamilyMart waiting) Their local male staff wanted to issue new access card to my husband but he told the staff will need 2 cards as I am holding the 2nd card. So my husband politely rejected the new card. By the next 1hr or so,when we return to our room, my card was also rejected and when we checked that with the same staff,he adamantly said already given new card to my husband even though he did not! This simply puts us off completely. If you are doing reception, remember what you did and did not,especially it was only within 2hrs. So unprofessional,accusing guests like this. WILL NEVER CONSIDER STAYING THERE ANYMORE. PERIOD.

Fantastic location. Close to Tokyo Tower and central Tokyo. Lots of restaurants & supermarket / convenient store. One stop away from Donki as well.
