前台有一位短髮的日本工作人員給我感覺有種族歧視,對待中國人和日本人及歐美外國人有很大的差別,沒想到這樣大的五星級連鎖酒店能有一位種族歧視者作為前台的接待。入住體驗十分不好。大床房的床墊睡起來也很不舒服,過於軟了,酒店清潔做的也不好,在日本這樣非常在意清潔度的國家,香格里拉的清潔人員居然不清洗浴缸,連續幾天發現使用後的浴缸並沒有被清潔。除了地理位置好這家酒店沒有其他推薦點了。
**Disappointing Stay at a supposedly 5-Star Hotel**
There was a short-haired Japanese staff member at the front desk who gave me the impression of being racially discriminatory. The way she treated Chinese guests was noticeably different from how she treated Japanese or Western foreigners. It’s shocking that such a large, well-known five-star hotel chain would employ someone with such prejudiced attitudes as a front desk receptionist.
The overall stay was far from pleasant. The mattress in the king room was uncomfortably soft, and housekeeping was subpar—especially for Japan, a country known for its high cleanliness standards. The bathtub was not cleaned after use, and I noticed this issue for several consecutive days.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its good location. Other than that, I would not recommend it.
