Le personnel est chaleureux et très professionnel, mais nous tenons à souligner l'exceptionnelle disponibilité et le dévouement du directeur Monsieur Hugo Sanalitro. En tant que voyageurs expérimentés, nous pouvons dire sans hésiter que cet hôtel est l'un des plus beaux et des plus bien gérés que nous ayons jamais visités. Merci pour ce mémorable séjour.

The hotel locates at the tranquil part of Tokyo with convenient access to restaurants and subway stations. The highlight of my stay was the astonishing view outside the window, which can look at the Sky Tree Tower from afar, very clear though. Also, the hotel has the oldest Japanese Park.

J'ai fait une réservation sur ce site et c'était gratuit en WiFi, mais on m'a expliqué que cela coûterait des frais, mais je ne pouvais pas l'utiliser, mais lorsque j'ai fourni à nouveau les informations au moment de la réservation du site, la chambre était amélioré, donc c'était bon à la fin. Le concierge a également réservé poliment la croisière Sanset et le service en lui-même était très bon.

This is the most spectacular hotel we have ever stayed in. My husband and I just spent three weeks in Japan for our honeymoon, and we spent our first two nights in Japan at the wonderful Hoshinoya in Tokyo. It was an experience that was unmatched in the rest of Japan! The amount of thoughtfulness and care that goes into every detail is astounding. The rooms are VERY comfortable and gorgeous, and I really enjoyed the shared communal space on our floor to make coffee and get a treat or snack. The onsen is OUT OF THIS WORLD ridiculous, with an open air skylight. AND, the food is delicious and made with all of the detail and flavor you would expect out of Japanese food. We got the Japanese breakfast in our room both days, and splurged on dinner at the restaurant hotel, which was one of the best meals we have ever had. 15/10 recommend this hotel if you can afford it - we would have happily stayed here for our entire trip!

Bien que pendant l'épidémie, à mon arrivée, on m'a donné une chambre avec une très mauvaise vue sur la baie. Je l'ai changé à ma demande. La différence entre les deux est très loin. En effet, le taux d'occupation n'est pas élevé et le confort des hôtes est directement assuré. Pourquoi ne pas prendre votre chambre ? La seconde est que le wifi de la chambre doit en fait être chargé. Ce sentiment est très mauvais. Aujourd'hui, il y a trop de téléphones portables et d'ordinateurs iPad qui ont besoin d'accéder à Internet. Un si grand hôtel est toujours gênant. Cependant, il y a eu un accident après l'enregistrement et il était nécessaire de partir tôt. L'hôtel a annulé gratuitement après avoir compris la situation. C'est très sympathique pour les invités. Je voulais retourner voir Conrad une fois l'affaire réglée. La vue sur la baie était en effet magnifique, mais je ne pouvais pas. C'est trop gênant d'aller directement sur Internet, et j'ai du mal

Dans l'ensemble, le service n'est pas mauvais. Les clients des salles de sport standard doivent payer et les clients des chambres supérieures sont gratuits. Les repas dans le service d'étage de l'hôtel sont corrects. La pièce est un peu plus encombrée que prévu, mais c'est bien de vivre seul, mais la pression de l'eau de la douche n'est pas assez élevée et le lavage est inconfortable. Et je n'aime pas le double robinet chaud et froid, il est peu pratique de tourner à gauche et à droite pour régler la température de l'eau.

The hotel is very cosmopolitan the clienteles are mostly international. The service is excellent and the view is fantastic on a clear Day you can see Mount Fuji. The breakfast buffet is good but he’s too busy for my liking.

I stayed here recently and enjoyed my time here. As a lot of people have said in other reviews, this place is dated but it’s clean (very clean in fact) and very well maintained. The staff is super nice and were very accommodating to our requests (which wasn’t much. Just turndown service everyday). Our hotel room was on the 9th floor and was considered part of their “club level” floor. We got a special menu (that I assume is different from the rest) and a free local newspaper every morning. The room itself was tiny and for such a small space, was over-furnished. If they removed two of the four chairs in the room I think it would’ve been roomy. The room has two twin beds and were firm. The bathroom is also very small but it does the job. There is a vanity just outside of the bathroom and also a desk area in the main living space. There is complimentary wifi that was fast enough for me to stream my Netflix and YouTube without any hiccups. Overall the room was comfortable and I felt rested every morning. The hotel itself is split into two: The Main and The Garden Towers. In between the two there is a very beautiful garden that was a nice oasis in the middle of the city. There’s quite a few shops which sold quality goods and there are a lot of restaurants. I tried Trader Vic’s for lunch and Kato’s for dinner and drinks. Talk about expensive! But it’s a hotel so expect a serious up charge. I also treated myself to room service and it was also expensive but the food was excellent and well worth the expense. Besides those three days of eating hotel food, I basically subsisted off of food purchases from Family Mart which was conveniently located inside the garden tower section of the hotel as well as the local restaurants in the area which is a brisk 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The subway station is not too far from the hotel and if you need a taxi there is no shortage of them as you can hail one at either tower entrances. I really enjoyed my stay here. What the New Otani lacks in modernity more than makes up for in their quality service. If you’re ever looking for a place to stay in Tokyo this is a place to consider.

Nous voulions un hôtel près de la station de Tokyo, alors que nous voyageons par Shinkansen, et il ne se rapproche pas beaucoup de cela. La chambre était spacieuse comme prévu, avec vue sur Nihonbashi et le côté est. Nous avons beaucoup de chambre pour ouvrir nos sacs. La chaise longue près des fenêtres était un endroit confortable pour passer du temps. La salle de bains était équipée d'une douche à côté du bain, avec un mur de verre qui signifie qu'on peut être dans la salle de bains et regarder non seulement la salle, mais le reste de Tokyo si des cortinas sont désirées. La première plainte que j'ai faite était le manque de chaînes de télévision avec la radio anglaise ou non japonaise. Le service était autrement bon, avec un check-out disponible via l'application Shangri-La sur le téléphone mobile de l'un.
