The room didn't have underfloor heating; they said it was central heating, but it wasn't up to standard. A staff member came and turned on the heater, but the shower was inconsistently hot and cold, and they couldn't get it set properly."

"Excellent hotel. Les deux femmes de la réception étaient très gentilles, ils ont un dictaphone qui traduit. Elles m’ont surclassé et m’ont donné une chambre magnifique et grande. La chambre était extraordinaire, les installations de l’hôtel sont très bien. Vous avez un restaurant mais sinon vous avez des restaurants en bas de la colline, si vous arrivez tard comme moi vous avez le wallace ( comme KFC ) qui ferme à 23h30. La gare se trouve à 10 minutes à pied, vous avez une pente qui est vraiment pas si dur à monter, sinon le taxi est bloquer à un prix minimum de 5 yuan donc vous payerez entre 5 et 8 yuans. Si je reviens dans la region je reste ici sans hésiter. Merci aux deux filles de la reception."

"First, the advantages: it's close to the ski resort, about 100 meters away. When we checked in, we were given a very small room with a small window, making it feel very cramped. We were changed to a slightly better room at our request, about 20 square meters. On the day we checked in, it was a Sunday. After returning from the hot springs at 10 pm, we called the front desk to ask about breakfast hours. We called five or six times, but the phone rang once or twice before being silenced. We couldn't call room service or the restaurant either, as the phone rang but no one answered. I went to the guestroom office on the third floor and asked a staff member, who told me it was from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The next morning, we went down for breakfast at 9:40 am, but the restaurant had already closed. At our request, we were given a few pieces of bread and the remaining pastries.
