環境特別好，一進來大堂有一股清幽的香味兒，房間設施很齊全，大窗户很乾凈明亮，從進門開始的服務都很好，賓至如歸，真的有一種到家的感覺，我最喜歡的一點是這家酒店的地庫，特別方便停車，不用在外面找車位，酒店的位置也很好，離商場特別近，買東西特別方便，附近環境整體也都是乾淨清新的。

非常讓我不知道該怎樣評價的一家酒店，雖然超級多讓人無語的地方，但是還是沒忍心打低分 看着酒店提供的圖片選的家庭房，滿心歡喜到來，停好車後服務人員竟然會主動給提行李，這點非常超出預期，進入大廳迎賓做的非常好 冰飲和毛巾一應俱全 辦理完入住到達五樓噩夢就開始了 首先給我開的房間和我在網上定的房型不統一，最開始告訴我我定的沒了，我表示不接受，經過溝通又神奇的有了，房間和圖片一樣 確實超級滿意，小童洗漱台 小童坐便墊一應俱全 小插曲也就過去了，接下來，作為親子房，沒有小童牙具，但服務人員意識到了，第一時間叫了外賣送來，這點處理還算及時，經過和客服人員溝通知道他們是試營業，一切還不完善，那也情有可原，洗衣服務做的也非常好，比我住過的南方酒店和國外酒店都要好 接下來第二天早餐非常讓人驚艷，非常滿意，但是又出現問題了，第二天進行了續住，此前開的房卡兩點消磁竟然沒有服務人員告知，我折騰到五樓又折騰下去，非常無語，打開房門更無語的來了，衞生是打掃了，但浴巾沒有換新，潮濕的浴巾被搭在了浴室裏，我請問呢？？？ 我真是太糾結了 衝著你們的硬件設施和服務態度來説這家酒店完全是滿分，但是就給人一種大家都很努力，但就是努力不到點子上的無力感，祝你們越來越好叭

C'est vraiment un hôtel recommandé. J'avais prévu de rester une nuit, puis trois nuits. L'eau de bain propre et confortable est grande. Le service de cet hôtel est enthousiaste, le petit déjeuner est particulièrement étonnant, il y a un petit déjeuner propre en Mongolie, et le poisson est très délicieux, le matériel est vrai!
