The previous life of the hotel was built by the Qian family, who did business in the late Qing Dynasty. The whole old house was a typical garden building in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Later, it was renovated to integrate the modern new Chinese style, which not only retained the century-old architectural culture, but also reflected the modern elegant atmosphere. In the Spring Festival of 1999, the neighbors caught fire. The first building was burned, and then the fire wall was preserved. In 2004, it was fully repaired according to the original layout structure of the hall. In order to strengthen the residents' awareness of fire prevention and the witness of history, the door that year was burned in that year was retained. As the saying goes: the fire is prosperous and the ingots rolled in. I also hope that the guests will have a lot of money.

The Wuzhen Hengyitang Health Center hotel amenities were excellent as well as the service. The hotel manager his Chinese name is 格桑, was extremely friendly and provided service above and beyond all expectations. He spoke English which helped but very nice and helped us a lot. I would give my highest recommendation for him

We had excellent stay at Hengyitang Health Centre. Love the holistic approach to wellness and health care, their attentive to all the details, healthy and sumptuous breakfast. Special mentioned to our personal butler 景天 who took excellent care of us during our stay, proactively provided us with all the essential travel information inside Wuzhen and answered to all our questions instantaneously.

Our stay at this hotel was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service was impeccable. The personalised service from 半夏was nothing short of amazing, exceeding all expectations and ensuring our every need was met. The location was also a major highlight, placing us right in the heart of Wuzhen, allowing for easy exploration and immersion into the local culture.
