Avis : WUZHEN Bocheng HOTEL

The hotel room is clean and situated at a very excellent location . It is just walking distance to XIZHA scenic area. Staffs are friendly and breakfast just nice. I would recommend my friend to stay in this hotel.

My children liked too much, special the bed arrangement. Reception can make communication in English.

Abit dirty ,customers service r good.

The location was perfect. Located right next to the ancient towns entrance. However the room smelled a bit musty and a few things were in need of repair. Also I need coffee and there was none to be had at breakfast. Also the windows were too thin and the street traffic was loud.

Actually location is very good very close to West gate , if you prefer to rent a hotel outside gate so location is good, room is big ,but not clean at all even tea plates were dirty , floor was full of black hair(I am blond, no way it is mine) but shampoo and body wash smell very nice and quality is ok, hair dryer ac is working normally , the only problem for me that it was dirty and staff doesn't know English at all, and you don't have a view from window just big tree

旅遊旺季價格在500-600之間可以理解。進房間後，發現 枕頭和被子有之前客人留下的血跡，電話通知前台，前台一個女客服接的電話，這麼大的衞生危險事件，半個小時沒人上樓處理。我第三次打前台電話，前台是個男生接的電話，表示沒人告訴他有此事，這個男生很快帶人來更換枕頭和被子。 整個酒店管理可見一斑。

這家酒店真的好，前台服務也很好，而且最主要的是距離烏鎮西柵就200多米就到了，真的很方便，房間衞生也沒得説。老闆還熱心的告訴我烏鎮的特色都有一些什麼。晚上在烏鎮逛累了回酒店也很方便，真的很舒服的一個地方

房間總體很乾凈 浴室乾濕分離做的很好 也比較寬敞 窗户望去一片綠色很愜意 前台女士人很好還給我和母親送了早餐 酒店位置佳 離西柵景區步行很近 距離人民公園和東柵也不遠 兩天整體住下來感覺很舒適 推薦大家選擇🙌🏻😉

酒店位置很好找，出門就是景區。前台很熱情，補差價升級了房型，房間很乾凈，設施配套齊全，衞生間也很大！旁邊還有餐廳可以吃到烏鎮特色。退房前台小姐姐還送了小禮品，非常值得推薦哦～

酒店位置很好，距西柵景區和大巴客運中心很近，步行幾分鐘即可到達，酒店衞生環境和服務態度都很好，周邊早點小吃也很多。
