Made up of a collection of local residences, the Wuzhen Guesthouse straddles the southern and northern banks of the Shihe River.The 292 guest rooms range from standard rooms, single rooms, triple rooms and family suites and face either the river or the ancient street. EEUC riderFantastic rooms. Very large and well appointed. Restaurants don’t do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for what you get. I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended if you want to be near the train station.

MMelody Cowe took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids.
We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, un bagagiste est venu nous aider. Nous nous sommes enregistrés et avons été surclassés dans une chambre avec un lit king-size. Au centre d'accueil, nous avons aidé à réserver le thé du matin pour le lendemain. Choisissez entre le thé du matin ou le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel.

Ce séjour a dépassé les attentes.
Cet hôtel est vieux, donc je n'avais pas de grandes attentes. Bien que les installations de l'hôtel soient un peu vieilles, le logiciel compense tous les problèmes. Chaque employé est très serviable et enthousiaste, et à chaque fois le service est fourni [de manière proactive]. .
De plus, le niveau de service global du parc Wuzhen est très bon. Même les chauffeurs des voitures du parc sont sympathiques, amicaux et serviables.
Les fournitures clients de l'hôtel sont L'Occitane, ce qui me rappelle Shangri-La😂
C'était aussi très confortable pour dormir la nuit
J'ai lu les critiques avant de dire que l'hôtel n'est pas insonorisé. Ce problème n'existe pas. Il est très calme.
Si un hôtel dans une zone pittoresque peut faire cela, je pense que c'est très bien.
Il semble que la direction de l'hôtel soit très efficace en matière de gestion, bravo.
Après mon départ, la réception m'a posé des questions sur mon expérience de séjour.
Toujours très fluide.
J'espère que l'hôtel ira de mieux en mieux.

IInvitéLa chambre est propre, un peu petite, mais c'est normal dans une vieille ville où les maisons sont réservées depuis des siècles. La cuisine est excellente, le propriétaire et le personnel sont sympathiques et serviables. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant, bien meilleur que l'autre restaurant bien noté que nous avons essayé.

IInvitéL'emplacement est bon. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et restaurants de petit-déjeuner juste devant la porte. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de Xizha, ce qui est très pratique. Le lit et les oreillers sont tous confortables. Une chambre dispose d'un petit berceau, adapté à une famille de trois personnes et aux personnes âgées. Il faut 5 heures pour que la soupe privée se réchauffe. Très confortable pour quatre personnes à tremper ensemble. Je l'ai trempé à 20 heures et il faisait encore chaud et je pouvais encore le tremper le lendemain matin. Le fauteuil de massage a d’excellentes fonctions. Bon service et amical avec les chiens.

IInvitéLa position du village est très proche de la zone de paysage. Tout est particulièrement pratique! (La figure 1 est située à gauche de cette zone de paysage. À droite, est l'entrée de la zone de paysage. Le parking est également très proche.
La chambre est propre et lumineuse, surtout! La salle de bains est propre.
Le chef a fait du bon travail, le couillet est enfermé, il va manger, il se sent comme chez lui.
Quand elle est partie, elle m'a envoyé un petit éclat de poche.
Le temps sera plus heureux.

IInvitéJ'ai voyagé à Wuzhen avec mes amis et j'ai séjourné dans cette chambre loft, qui était parfaite pour nous trois. Il y a une chambre double à l'étage pouvant accueillir deux personnes. Les toilettes, la salle de bain et le lavabo sont tous neufs. séparé de l'humide et du sec, et il y a une grande baignoire dans la chambre, adaptée pour soulager la fatigue de la journée, le patron est également très enthousiaste et le service est très bon. Vous pouvez également faire du style Hanfu à prix réduit en séjournant. dans l'hôtel, c'est adapté pour prendre des photos dans des endroits pittoresques, je choisirai ici la prochaine fois~.

EESMLStayed at this amazing resort at the end of April for a short getaway. The moment you enter the entrance, it gives you a serene feeling. The wide entrance walks you to the reception, as a relaxing scene awaits you. The hotel itself is more on modern architecture with minimalist designs.
Reception staff was very accommodating and friendly, he even upgraded our room for us to experience more the beauty of Alila, the assigned staff escorted us to our room and give us some heads up about what we can do and where to dine.
Since we came around late that afternoon, we had our dinner at the Chinese restaurant. The servers were all superb. We tried some of their specialties which staff recommended and we were very satisfied.
Afterward, we strolled around for some night views and fresh air. We then saw at the bar area, the singers are from Philippines (place where we came from), it gives us an urge to drop by to support and say hi. It turned out so well, they were very happy to see someone from where they came from (We were the first, according to them). We enjoyed the cocktails and ambiance so much.
Our room was on the ground floor with an independent entrance and 2 private gardens. All is perfect, despite the minimalisitc designs.
The breakfast buffet was served in a room facing the lake. As you're having your mouthwatering breakfast, you can enjoy the view.
Overall, our stay in this zen like resort brings tranquil zones, dropping the notch of a hustle and bustle city where we used to be.

Gg_racePlace is much older than picture. Not well maintained. Smoking in lobby. Pillow no good, sholders ache next morning. Room walls and door thin, 6am on sunday families running around and knocking each other's door. Towel provided is reusable, very thin... No lift but receptionist helped us carry our luggages up stairs. Elderly owner saw that my dad's legs was not good and offered us level 2 room instead. Swimming pool was drained dry. Homecooked breakfast. But when we requested for airport transfer, young receptionist told us its 60cny per pax but old guy (not sure if onwer) stopped him and told us (2 of us) it's 220cny for us. Not sure if it was an honest mistake but likely would not stay at this place again. Very run down but good service especially by elderly lady.
