En fait, la nourriture et la localisation tout est bien sauf deux choses Premièrement: pas de club de nuit ou de divertissement Deuxièmement : J'étais avec mon chien Poméranien 2 kilos o payé pour lui 95$ pour les 4 nuits il ne permet pas de rester même en plein air Restaurant alors que les chats de rue partout dans l'hôtel et non vaccinés et moi ont son passeport et ont toutes ses vaccinations et il n'est pas autorisé 😡v v bizarre Je n'aimais pas ça qu'ils doivent mettre des chats. And if it’s pet allowance and I paid extra fees to make him stay room and the cats from street surrounding us 😡

This hotel has a lot going for it; incredible view over the city and old castle, impeccably attentive staff, delicious food and excellent amenities. A few items we found not meeting the high quality we expected from a Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Hyatt Regency partner was some things that were lacking. The landscaping was a bit underwhelming and I saw many ****s. The pool area is subjected to the city street noise and multiple sirens go by hourly. There was also a hotel or bar playing music so loud that drifted up the hill to the hotel. They play the pool music fairly loud at the Mamara to mask it. Not great if you are wanting to relax or nap by the pool. Also, our AC would not cool our room. We had to sleep with our ground floor slider open. We called for repair and no one showed up for three hours before we left for the pool, which as someone else mentioned, was quite cool. (Maybe because it’s early May???) I’m glad we are using points to pay for the room rather than out of pocket. We are the highest level of Hyatt Regency and they told us they were upgrading us from garden view to sea view. Ummm, barely. Only if you sit out on the patio and look between two buildings.

First of all this s one of my best trip First time I stay at No 81 Great front desk people u feel like they yr Family The Breakfast is great the restaurant food excellent I met with the Chef great guy great food The employees by the beach they give u best service very friendly very fast service And the rooms are very clean very nice And the end the beach unbelievable the water is so clean and pure The Owners are very nice down to Earth people M sooo happy I stay here So finally in Bodrum I have place to stay without searching around NO 81

I stayed at this hotel in October 2023 as an early birthday celebration with my girlfriend. Due to work currently, we can only see each other every three months. We working hoping for a positive, chill experience. I am also a Hilton Gold member that has stayed all across the Hilton family of hotels; but I have never been so poorly treated by the front office than at this property. I was cheated and taken advantage of by paying over 500 euros more for their sea view room category and then given a lower category that is almost 50% of the cost per night and has no view (photos below). I would like to clarify that my grievances are with the front office. Most of the property staff are friendly, highly competent, and hardworking. Two staff members who were particularly excellent were the gentleman Efe and restaurant supervisor Merve Bilir. They provided excellent service, were genuinely warm people that care about their customers, and are hard workers. They should be the managing the entire hotel Also the food at the resort is very good and on par with any of my stays at the Waldorf Astoria properties. We also enjoyed the spa, which is run by a separate company and provided a great hammam experience Negatives: -We were given the wrong room category. The room I booked was a “King premium sea view” with “panoramic” sea views. Their reservations page is very clear about the room in both photos and its description. Instead we got room 6 with a view of some trees, which was clearly a lower room category (photos below). I typically wouldn’t care if the price difference is minimal, but lower room categories at this hotel are nearly 50% less per night (240 to 270 euros per night while I paid over 500 euros per night). Over the course of the weekend, I ended up paying between 500 to 600 euros more than was necessary for a lower room When I went to the front desk to point this out and ask for a room change, the receptionists agreed with me that this was not the right room and they offered me a free dinner with alcohol included, but they were fully booked and couldn’t move us I agreed and left but didn’t feel that was fair compensation since a 130 euro dinner doesn’t make up for paying 500+ euros for the wrong room. When I came back a few hours later, I asked for a manager and the assistant manager Tarik came out to speak with me. He was completely dismissive and couldn’t care less for what I had to say. He didn’t apologize and seemed annoyed that I was speaking to him and tried to end the conversation as fast as possible. He then informed me that alcohol would not be included in the dinner after it was promised and while he was hurriedly walking away he said he would ask the head manager what else they could do. The receptionist felt bad and offered to send a bottle of wine. During the rest of our stay we never received a bottle of wine and Tarik never got back to us -Their beach club, Frankie, was closed for two full days for a wedding while we were

Très bel hotel avec de beaux espaces extérieurs, des piscines agréables et un accès direct à la plage. Buffet très varié et de qualité. Personnel très sympathique. Chambres agréables (nous avions une terrasse de plein pied), quoique un peu vieilissantes. Situation dans Gumbet parfaite, avec station taxi à côté et magasins tout proches.

Stayed for 10 nights on April in a deluxe sea view room, and we loved it. rooms are very large well equipped and views are incredible across Gumbet bay. Very clean, Great beds and bathroom, Found the staff to be very helpful, We enjoyed the pool area which is lovely and never busy, so had it to ourselves the few days we relaxed there. Bear in mind you are at the top of a steep hill when staying here (both down to Gumbet and Bodrum) but it was not an issue (there are taxi stations at the bottom of both sides and a taxi up the hill is £2 if you are feeling lazy. This is an amazing location to explore lovely Bodrum and Gumbet so definitely recommend. Very reasonable too!

Hygiène exécrable dans les chambres, à la piscine, c’est un peu partout. A la piscine les parasols sont cassés ainsi que les transats, il manque des vis et les toiles sont déchirées. Au buffet, c’est toujours la même chose qui revient, ce n’est pas varié. Au bar, les boissons en all in sont très très limitées, aucun cocktails proposés et le reste est limites. Il y a chaque jour des coupures de courant, ce qui est fréquent à bodrum mais le générateur de l’hôtel ne fonctionne pas toujours. Du coup pas eau chaude, wifi, airco. On en a parlé à l’hôtesse qui nous a dit connaître le soucis.
