De plus, à notre arrivée, la chambre était froide : à mon avis, si des clients arrivent, l'environnement doit être préparé pour qu'il soit confortable (et cela compte tenu également du standing de l'hôtel et des coûts relatifs). Nous avons séjourné pendant un long week-end. Nous étions excités d'être dans un hôtel 4 étoiles mais nous étions si déçus parce que notre balcon était très sale. Les fenêtres étaient terriblement sales! Le service de la chambre est très bien placé, mais il est très bien placé. Le petit déjeuner buffet était bon, mais avec beaucoup de gens, les plats, la nourriture s'écouleaient! La chambre était petite et nous avons demandé au récepteur de retirer la chaise de bras jaune qui occupait tellement d'espace, elle n'a pas été retirée. Nous avons demandé des pilons supplémentaires et immédiatement fournis!! Alors je vous donne 3 étoiles!!

Le personnel est superbe, il est magnifiquement situé, ils sont allés au-dessus et au-delà. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour pour découvrir plus d'endroits autour de lui : Perugia est une atmosphère vibrant et merveilleuse, Assisi est calme, nous avons explorer les vignobles, la chasse aux truffles, les recommandations Michelin, le spa à l'hôtel est fantastique ! De la dégustation du vin, au dîner, au spa, au concierge, à la chambre .... Tout incroyable! Mirco, Sara, Marco, Manuela et toute l'équipe étaient au-delà des attentes!

We gingen afgelopen zomer voor de 7de keer naar deze Agriturismo. Het voelt als thuiskomen. Het domein is tot in de puntjes onderhouden en is een oase van rust. In het groot zwembad vinden we verkoeling overdag, in het restaurant kan je culinair genieten van de Umbrische keuken. De kamers zijn authentiek, dus grote luxe zoals in een hotel mag je niet verwachten. Dat zou de setting van de oude hoeve aan charme doen verliezen. Onze kamer is telkens uitgerust met airco, douche, moderne wc en wasbak een een heerlijk bed. Alles wat je nodig hebt. De centrale ligging maakt het uitstekend voor bezoekjes te brengen aan de historische steden van de oude Etrusken, natuurbezoeken en zelfs met wat rijden tot meren en de zee. Ik geniet telkens weer enorm van de rust tijdens mijn vakantie.
