The building is old and could use a lick of paint and some new carpets. However, the room had been fully decorated, was great value, clean and tidy with a bath tub rather than just a shower. and a heated towel rack. The TV signal was really bad, but the WiFi was good, so we were able to watch TV on our devices. There was free off road parking. More options for breakfast would be nice, but if you like a simple continental it's nice. There were lots of options to local restaurants on deliveroo, so we were able to enjoy a nice meal in the lovely alcove in the room where there was a table and 2 chairs, looking out the bay window. The staff, Hissan and his team were amazing, caring and friendly, providing ice for our cooler twice and also amending our booking to a second night stay, without making us change rooms. For an inexpensive stay, you'll have a hard time finding better.

La ville est très confortable, la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Le personnel est très aimable et grâce à Valentin (je l'espère avoir correctement écrit votre nom), il a été exceptionnellement utile et professionnel et a sorti une belle chambre pour nous deux. La chambre a une vue partielle sur le port et fait une telle différence pour notre agrément de la chambre. Les chambres sont grandes. Functionnelles et confortables avec tout ce que le voyageur a besoin, y compris un conditionneur de cheveux et des flanaux de face. La douche est à la fois douche pluviale et tuyau main tenu - toujours un bonus, bien que la douche « porte » est un peu bizarre car il n'y a pas une, l'eau se trouve au-dessus du sol si vous ne soyez pas prudent. Le petit déjeuner de dimanche était l'une des meilleures sélections, à part un petit nigger : Il y a deux entrées à cet hôtel. L'une, l'entrée principale sur la colline sur Terrace Road, l'autre est au niveau de la rue du centre-ville et est accessible par votre chambre. La carte ou en pressant le buzzer et la réception vous cliquez, puis prendre le lift jusqu'à la zone de réception..

Les seuls négatifs sont peut-être le retour de la colline après un jour dans la ville et le temps passé à changer un baril de bière quand ils ont couru à l'Estrella ! La colline existe et ne peut être coupable de l' hôtel et les vues ne seraient pas les mêmes sans elle et il y avait beaucoup d' autres ailes disponibles dans le bar - donc VERY mineure questions.

Stayed here for 4 nights in August with my husband as part of our break away. Will start with the positives first - room nice and clean, breakfasts really nice and lots to pick from, parking included and free access to the grounds. Now for the negatives - wedding on whilst we were there which consisted of a lot of noise until midnight on our last night which wasn’t ideal with a 6hr drive home the next morning. I completely appreciate a wedding being there as the place has lovely surroundings however we weren’t made aware of this when we booked and had we known we would have booked somewhere else as it was like a nightclub. Another massive issue was the guests staying in the same wing as us especially those in the room above ours. Constant banging of doors all day and night resulting in every night having broken sleep which was really frustrating. Did bring this up with the bar manager on our 3rd night as he was moving another guest at 10.30pm to a new room due to issues with theirs. The following morning the manager of the hotel did get in touch, offered to move us rooms which I declined due to having to move all our belongings and not actually being moved away from the noise that was to come with the wedding that day. I did explain how the experience whilst staying at the hotel had put a downer on our break and that I felt we had been ripped off. She went away and sorted a partial refund for us which is appreciated. As lovely as the place is, I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone due to the issues we had making it impossible to actually get some sleep. Lastly I have never stayed anywhere where there is no staff available at night. They finish at 7/8pm and that’s it then till the next morning. This I feel is a little on the unsafe side of how to run things in case an emergency happens who can help??
