The comfortable apartments are part of a prestigious villa with large garden and swimming pool, located a short distance from the Lido and the Sporting fishing village of San Nicola L'arena with its fully equipped marina attracts many yachtsmen sailing and motor sailing in the Mediterranean. Today in San Nicola L'arena you can rent rafts and boats, or boat mooring. The villa is 18km from Palermo and its location allows to visit, beyond the city, some of the most beautiful in Sicily, like Monreale, Cefalù, the Madonie Park, San Vito Lo Capo, the reserve of Capo Gallo, the Archaeological Park Solunto.

The residence offers apartments, surrounded by a garden, types one, two, three and four rooms furnished with care and functionality. Also available as an independent villa for up to 17 people. Ample parking.

In the attic there is another room with a double bed and 2 single beds, with a small bathroom and a roof terrace.
