Le patron à la réception ? employé? La personne était très gentille et la piscine et le jardin étaient magnifiquement entretenus, et c'était très proche de la plage, à 10 minutes à pied. L'état du logement était également bon.

Just returned from 5 nights at this lovely hotel. We stayed in room 210 which has views over the garden and pool. Hotel is immaculate throughout and well run by Mercedes and her team. Bus stop outside and easy walk to the beach. Mercedes very helpful with travel tips and booking local tours. Highly recommended.

I have just come back from staying in this amazing hotel. The hotel is situated in a great location so you don’t need to walk very far to the beach and the bars and restaurants. This hotel really is a real gem. We stayed in room 306 which had a lovely balcony and amazing view. The room was immaculately clean. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome and like nothing is too much trouble. The garden and pool area is just beautiful. It felt tranquil and quiet which was just perfect for my break as we didn’t want anywhere noisy. I will definitely be returning this year I loved it that much.

Beautiful Hotel bus stop outside hotel which suits me i love exploring ....Staff very nice 🌺🌺🌺🌺 room lovely and clean. Very homely ..Aldi not far from hotel ...Lovely area felt safe ....not far from the beach front .....love their garden with beautiful flowers 🌺🌺🌺🌺

Lovely family run hotel, Mercedes and her team were very helpful and attentive to our needs. We had room.only. breakfast was €5 for coffee, OJ and toasted ham and cheese roll. Ten minutes to beach and promenade with lots of places to eat. Room very clean. Hotel fronts main road through Torremolinos, bus stops and ATMs in abundance.

A little gem of a hotel. This family run hotel really is home from home. We arrived late in the evening and were warmly greeted at reception. Check-in was quick and we were allocated our room immediately. The bed was so comfy with clean fresh bedding, a double wardrobe with plenty of hangers and shelves to one side which was ample storage for both of us. The bathroom was very modern a great shower with constant hot water, the room also has a kettle which we were glad to have. The Aircon is excellent and a God send on those warmer nights. The balcony has a table with 2 chairs, we were to the back of the hotel therefore we had a mountain view. Free WiFi throughout the hotel. There are rooms to the front which overlooked the main road. The pool, garden and sunbathing areas are immaculately kept and lovely to relax around. Our room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, loo roll provided and a lovely housekeeper who takes great pride in her work and seemed to love her job, always greeted the guests on the corridors. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, €1.70 per journey no matter how long or short a journey. We travelled to Málaga City, Mijas, Torremolinos centre. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, where you'll find all the restaurants, bars etc. An Aldi and Lidl a short walk away. The staff... What can we say, absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they definitely go over and beyond to help their guests. One lady in particular at reception is a wealth of information of places to visit providing us with bus routes, bus numbers, bus stops to get to different towns and villages, she really knows her stuff. Not once did we ever pass reception that we were not acknowledged or greeted by the staff. This was our 1st time staying at a family run hotel, the personal service provided here could never be met in any of the large corporate hotels anywhere. This hotel is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend Hotel Carmen Teresa... Thank you all for looking after us so well. We have fallen in love with Hotel Carmen Teresa and we will definitely return in the future...

The hotel is not a Marriott or other named 5* hotel but if you’re looking for a good clean hotel that isn’t too far to visit the beach, marina or other places this hotel is a great choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Eating out is your best bet. Limited breakfast choices and only pizza available during my stay but enough places nearby for meals. It is the staff here that have made my stay so enjoyable. For the price the hotel is well worth a try.
