I didn’t read the reviews beforehand. Turns out this is a love hotel. Saw lots of couples discreetly checking in and out. The room has “amenities” available including a massage wand.  There’s no restaurant. Everything food wise is delivered to the room and placed in a cabinet from the corridor which the guest can open up on the room side to discreetly take the food.  That said, it doesn’t feel seedy at all and I’d happily stay again as a solo traveller. The rooms are big and very clean.

Service: The staff can speak english clearly, and th e service is polite, The procedure are explained clearly Atmosphere: From the viewpoint, you can see the full view of the Fuji. However, from the back of the house I booked, the view is partially obstructed by another house. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied. Accommodation: It was very satisfying. The house was spacious and clean, with all the amenities as described.

Very spacious love hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Comes with a jacuzzi too. Would definitely recommend. Keep in mind it's a long distance from the nearest hankyu rail line, it can be very tiring to drag your luggage to the hotel.

The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find, and it’s about a 20-25 minute walk from Itami Airport. The room was well-equipped, offering everything you might need: drinks, intimate items, a massage chair, a game machine, and even a jacuzzi. The lighting added a dramatic touch to the ambiance. The meals we ordered were served hot and tasted delicious. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we arrived late and had a trip to catch the next day.

I recently stayed at Hotel Fine Garden and was pleasantly surprised by the experience, especially given the incredibly low rates. Each room features a giant bed, a spacious couch, and even a massive bathtub, making it feel more like a suite than a standard hotel room. While I initially booked without realizing it was a love hotel, I found the atmosphere to be clean, discreet, and welcoming. The added perks of free movies and karaoke made for an entertaining stay. Plus, the location is fantastic—super close to the airport, with free parking available. Overall, Hotel Fine Garden offers exceptional value for the price. If you’re looking for spacious accommodations with a touch of fun, this place is definitely worth considering!

The hotel may not be suitable for me as a business traveller but it is a good love hotel.

Location is great for someone who need to go to the airport. It’s like 10 mins walk to Itami airport (ITM). The room is spacious. Bathroom is also huge with a lot of amenities. Just keep in mind this is a love hotel :)

Very large room, very comfortable bed, clean room, got microwave, fridge in the room, very convenient, good customer service, free parking, worth the price.
