Stayed for 2 nights with my family and the service I received from Chris on Friday night and Sunday breakfast was amazing what an asset to the company

Amazing staff especially Anne and Chris at breakfast - kind and very patient with my kids whilst they took forever to decide on what they want for breakfast - also the restaurant was clean and well run - Dan the chef did a great job with the fry ups! Hotel itself is tired and needs some love and the WiFi isn’t up to the job but the staff throughout are excellent

We recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Heswall, Wirral, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers all the amenities one would expect from a Premier Inn, including a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the positive atmosphere of the hotel. However, I must point out some concerns regarding cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom. I noticed several issues that detracted from an otherwise great stay. The sealant along the bath had visible black marks, and there was black mould on the bath handle and around the overflow. Additionally, the back of the taps showed signs of neglect, and I spotted mould on the ceiling along with a noticeable crack. While the hotel offers a wonderful range of services and a cosy environment, a bit more attention to bathroom cleanliness would elevate the overall experience. I hope the management can address these issues because, with some improvements in this area, Premier Inn Heswall could be an excellent choice for travellers.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms very tired and need updating, had to clear cobwebs found in room, bathroom very small. Don't recommend the Glegg Inn food was substandard. Make sure you enter your registration number on arrival, plenty of parking.

Been staying here 12mths every month whilst on a course. Always clean, comfy bed. Breakfast is relaxed and greeted with a smile. Lovely team who go over and above. Well located for walking into Heswall and off the motorway. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much

Stayed here a few times before, with no problems. It was handy for what I wanted as a location, however I was let down this time. Car Park is now controlled by Horizon parking, so you have register on a touch screen to qualify for free parking. Welcome wasn’t. Room was immediately behind dining room/pub, which faces onto a busy roundabout, so consequently road noise was constant. Above the pub was a floodlight which for some reason was pointing at my window and constantly on! Despite Lenny Henry saying how relaxing the beds are, it was the most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had. Room was OK cleanliness wise, but the bathroom left a bit to be desired. Toilet pan was cracked and the soap dispenser had something below undesirable crud beneath the plunger. Wi-Fi was hit and miss. Cannot comment on the food as I used offsite dining. A bit much as I paid North of £170 for 2 nights. Probably use an Air BnB or similar next time.
