This Hotel was 3 star not 4 star. I guess because of the swimming pool they have achieved this? The Restaurant was closed during August (disappointing) and it is in a more industrial area, luckily we had a car so could drive to a restaurant one of the evenings. Reception were really helpful. The bar is modern and drinks were great and reasonable. The bar menu is limited but was good. Breakfast was good with lots of choices although watermelon the only fresh fruit. The corridor outside our room was dark and very 1970’s looking. Room had all we needed but dated. Pool was fine, we had to take beds outside to the sun. Small space outside. All in all just ok, could be improved with an upgrade of the building!

Devo solo fare complimenti a tutto ma una piccola critica la faccio: una bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto in camera è dovuta per un hotel di questo livello. Camera spaziosa e bagno con una bellissima doccia, tutto nuovo! Colazione da applauso con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Parcheggio comodo sia all'esterno che nel garage. Altro consiglio: mettete le tazzine per il caffè espresso e non solo quelle del cappuccino, siamo in Italia e non all'estero che bevono il caffè a decilitri... Molto bravi anche alla reception

L'hôtel et la chambre sont super agréables, propres, silencieux. je recommande vivement, surtout pour le prix qui est vraiment peu élevé eu égard aux prestations fournies. Juste un petit bémol quant à la lumière dans la chambre. Pour travailler une petite lampe sur le bureau ne serait pas de trop car autrement c'est un peu sombre

Avec mon mari, j'ai séjourné une nuit dans cette magnifique structure, soignée dans tous les détails et surtout gérée avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de vigilance. Excellent accueil à l'arrivée (cortesse et disponibilité), nettoyage de la chambre et sa fonctionnalité. Espace pour la voiture dans un parking intérieur, excellent petit déjeuner (salaté et doux) et une belle musique de fond. La chambre au second étage, sans ascenseur (établi avec précision au moment de la réservation) ne constitue pas une limite mais une valeur ajoutée dans une structure qui maintient ses caractéristiques structurelles (à l'exception de la piscine qui Il est certainement un endroit où rentrer pour la position confortable par rapport au centre de la ville et pour l'expérience de relax et d'accueil cordiale!

L'hôtel est magnifique. Super propre avec des installations modernes. Situé au cœur de la vieille ville, entouré de restaurants, bars, boutiques, culture et localités. Cet hôtel est une bijoux cachés! Le personnel est si aimable et utile. Ils ont fait des recommandations et des réservations pour nous avec un sourire. L'hôtel était plein, mais nous n'avons jamais entendu un son des autres. La douche était étonnante! Le lit était très confortable. Nous avons eu une visite de 2 heures à partir d'un guide local (site touristique) pour seulement 15,00 € par personne! Très recommandé. Le parking était facile et à seulement 5 minutes de marche de l'hôtel. Nombre de magasins de ventes à proximité. Très sécurisé avec ascenseur. Il est arrivé au magasin à 9 heures, mais personne n'a reçu. Il est dit que l'hôtel avait en fait quatre chambres, et que la porte avait le code de verrouillage plus comme un fou. J'ai trouvé un petit assistant de Trip.com, et j'ai parlé de la réception à 8h30 après avoir quitté le travail, mais il n'a pas été préalablement informé et n'a pas laissé de notification. Il n'y a pas eu de téléphone avant 9h30 pour dire que le code de verrouillage est entré dans la chambre.
La position est bonne, les installations sont complètes. La chambre est large. Le service est trop mauvais.
Le petit assistant de Trip.com est bon. Il est temps de récupérer à 3 heures la nuit de Beijing jusqu'à ce que le problème soit résolu.

The hotel is large and has had a fairly recent update and the room was very good, however their website says that there is a bar and restaurant. This is incorrect and not helpful after a longish journey it would have been good to use this facility. They do exist but closed, we asked why and was told that it was due to COVID-19 and that they may reopen at some time. Correct the website it means leaving the hotel and finding a restaurant not that easy on a Monday evening,the reception staff seemed nonplussed and just said that's the way it is and go find a restaurant. Disappointing considering that the hotel has potential, the breakfast was good.

Delightful staff. We asked for a High, Quiet Room with a Walk In Shower and that is, exactly what we got - Room 304 Wide selection of items at Breakfast. Super staff, after ordering an Espresso on the first morning, one was brought to me without asking each day Whilst I support the Greeks for trying to get their Elgin Marbles repatriated. I doubt the country of origin is asking for the offensive statues of black people by the fireplace in the Breakfast Room. In 2023 positively offensive. They should go. Hotel very well built but now looking tired. A major makeover needed. Drain for our Shower needs bleaching, very slow to drain away. Thanks all for a lovely stay. 5 nights with Riviera and their lovely Courier, Agnes. Hayling Seagoon
