REVIEW I am delighted to share my impressions of this hotel. We were greeted right at the airport by a hotel employee, Danu. He is very responsive, polite, and pleasant. We all liked him immediately. The journey from the airport to the hotel took 4 hours. The entire ride with him was very comfortable. Danu also drove us to local attractions and told us a lot about them. Thank you so much for that! We arrived during the off-season, and there were few tourists. Despite this, the hotel still organized a breakfast buffet for us, which was very important. Our favorite time was breakfast. Chef Roshan took all our wishes into account because my girlfriend doesn't eat meat or spicy food. The buffet had a huge selection of delicious dishes. The hotel organized a New Year's Eve dinner for tourists and asked what we would like to see on the menu. All our wishes were taken into account. The dinner was wonderful! Also, my girlfriend had her Birthday and Name Day, and we coordinated two cakes for her. The cake turned out to be very tasty. My girlfriend is usually indifferent to sweets, but she actually asked to order this same cake again. And Chef Roshan made the cake for us a second time. We were very pleased! By the way, both cakes were gifts from the hotel, which made us doubly happy. A huge thank you for that! Jumping ahead a bit, I also want to add that we had a very early departure to the airport. For the road, they prepared a lot of delicious food for us. There were desserts, fruits, and even three sandwiches (they had asked us in advance what kind of sandwich we would like). Again, all thanks to Chef Roshan. Coffee and tea were brought in pots, so we didn't have to run for refills, which provided great comfort. The waiters were polite and courteous. Waiter Prashanth never forgot to give us napkins, which is extremely important for us. When we asked to omit an ingredient from a salad, the waiters and chefs always did as we requested. This made our stay here very comfortable! The private pool was always clean. It was a real pleasure to swim in. The public pool was cleaned twice a day. We greatly enjoyed swimming in it because it is truly huge and warm. The beach on the hotel territory was quite clean and tidy. The hotel administrators Ronson, Emrn, and the Guest Relations Executive were always responsive and willing to help. We were very pleased to turn to them with any questions. They gladly helped us choose excursions. We visited various temples and were particularly impressed by the mangrove cruise, where we saw a crocodile and many different birds we had never seen before. Also, there is a wonderful cat on the hotel grounds, whom we enjoyed feeding. This cat completely stole our hearts. We miss him very much. We would gladly return here again, but next time in the season :) A huge thank you to all the staff for making our vacation unforgettable!
