This is my first morning at hotel and yesterday my first dinner. In both cases there is no menu and all is buffet, good but not fantastic. Current room is excellent, but first room I was assigned was small and balcony had cigarette butts. Lobby is impressive, a sort of internal patio with a roof six floors high.

L’hotel è in una struttura bellissima che si affaccia sul mare, elegante, completo di ogni comfort. Questo hotel per me resterà indimenticabile perché per noi è stato anche rifugio in un momento di tensioni militari molto violenti e tutto il personale ci ha assistito 24/24h, rassicurandoci e non facendoci mancare mai nulla. Il direttore e tutto lo staff sono stati un fondamentale punto di riferimento in un momento così difficile. Resterà un posto indimenticabile in cui spero di poter tornare appena la situazione sarà migliore.

كنت اتمنى ان اقضيا فيه ايام عطلتي في طرابلس لكن للاسف لم يكن هناك مكان و لكنهم اعطونا عنوان لفنادق اخرى كانت في المستوى المطلوب شكرا لكم و سنزوركم يوما ما و نحقق الحلم من بين احسن الفنادق في طرابلس و مواصفات عالمية تعرفها من قبل ان تدخل اليه شكرا لكم جميعا

L'hotel non è più della catena Sheraton e non ha più il marchio Four point. Ora si chiama El Andalous. Struttura ancora valida ma con grossi problemi di manutenzione. Gestione poco attenta e che " si vive addosso". Gode di buona posizione a ridosso del mare, con porticciolo ormai insabbiato. potrebbe tornare ad essere un importante realtà alberghiera ma ha bisogno di un pò di investimento e di management del settore.
