Centrally located hotel which is clean and comfortable. Central train station and an airport bus stop are close by. Good breakfast spread too.

The location is in the center of Trondheim and next to the riverfront. You can get on Flybus from Værnes airport and stop near the hotel . Or if you come from the central station , you can walk to the hotel in 10 mins. The decoration of the hotel is very modern in Nordic style and Environmentally Friendly. The room is convenient and has good facilities. I like the various lines of breakfast and enjoy the Asian zone as well. Four days at the hotel is the best base and make me feel relaxed after hunting Aurora in Tromso . Highly recommended.

As a Radisson VIP member, I had high expectations for my stay, but was left disappointed by the hotel’s service. While the hotel itself is satisfactory, the staff’s handling of a simple situation fell far short of what I would expect from a reputable brand.
In our room, there was a box of candies placed at a child’s eye level. Naturally, my young son assumed it was a complimentary treat and started to open it. I stopped him before any candies were eaten and immediately brought the unopened box to the front desk to explain the situation. Despite my efforts and the fact that nothing was consumed, the staff consulted with the hotel manager and still insisted I pay NOK 95 for the opened box.
At any other high-end hotel, management would have understood the situation and waived the charge as a gesture of goodwill—especially for a loyal VIP guest. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
Overall, this experience left me very disappointed and made me reconsider my loyalty to the brand.
