"The most stunning place, exquisitely presented and a feast for the eyes and the soul, aesthetically so much beauty in each room and in each piece of furniture, picture, cushion, wall colour, book, nothing is superfluous and everything is placed with such care and harmony. The owners Claire and Aurelius (and Julian) have really created something truly special at The Green. The attention to detail of our welcome and our well being while staying was outstanding, and articulated with ease and care. Aurelius made gluten free scones for our arrival, a lit fire in the lounge welcomed us, and we had the freedom of the entire house and gardens which are so very beautiful. The wildlife that visits the gardens is wonderful, a hare came by, a sparrow hawk and plenty of other beautiful birds too. Our room was just stunning, we chose The Mulberry room and will return to try the other rooms too, without any doubt that they will all deliver to the same high standard of excellence with their own personality. We slept so well, all the linens are high thread count and luxurious, a choice of natural or man made fibres as your preference... heaven. Breakfast was stunning and felt so relaxed, a full English breakfast (gluten free) with lots of options alongside, we felt spoilt and so well looked after. We will be back to stay without any doubt and highly recommend a stay, you will LOVE it and Claire and Aurelius too, what wonderful hosts. Thank you!"

The Moonraker Hotel ★★★

"Le séjour dans cet hôtel nous a fait sentir un peu sous-engourds. La chambre, annoncée comme ayant un lit de taille royale, semblait décevantement double. Malgré l'accent de l'hôtel sur les choix verts, la chambre était insupportablement chaude à l'arrivée. Nous avons dû ouvrir les fenêtres et la porte pour la refroidir. Cette absence de confort de base semblait contre-intuitive à leur marque écoconsciente. En outre, il n'y avait pas de petits équipements, mais essentiels, comme un sèche-cheveux, et certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas. La chambre de petit déjeuner est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner continental n'a pas été très bon à l'heure de la réception.  Le restaurant avait également un avis sur un frais de £2.50 pour les modifications de menu. Ces questions ont été complétées par un manque de contacts personnels qui constituent la base d'un bon service à la clientèle. Personne ne s'est demandé à l'excursion ou au petit déjeuner comment notre séjour était, un geste petit mais impactant qui aurait pu atténuer certains de nos déceptions. À l'inverse, je me sens surpayé d'environ 20-30% par rapport à la valeur que j'ai reçue."

"Nous avons aimé notre séjour à Fieldways Hotel. La maison a beaucoup de caractère et de charme et se détache agréablement des hôtels modernes et interchangeables. Nous sommes particulièrement ravis de constater qu'il s'agit d'un bâtiment plus ancien avec l'histoire – Ces endroits ont une atmosphère très particulière pour nous. La situation est magnifique et contribue à se sentir rapidement bien et à se détendre. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu un séjour très agréable et nous avons eu un bon sentiment d'amour. Quiconque apprécie des bâtiments historiques et des logements personnalisés aimera sûrement Fieldways. Nous reviendrons à tout moment et nous pouvons recommander l'hôtel. 😊"
