The open-plan main living areas boast high ceilings and enormous curved windows that let in plenty of light allowing guests to enjoy the views from every part of the main floor.  The bright kitchen offers deep counters and modern appliances for easy meal prep and overlooks the living room and dining room so everyone can spend time together no matter where they are. In the adjoining dining area, there is a large farmhouse table with a unique antler chandelier, perfect for sit-down dinners.  The comfortable living room is furnished with a large, curved sectional that offers plenty of seating for everyone making this room ideal for family movie nights. With a large, natural rock fireplace, this living room is a cozy space to spend cozy evenings together!  There are two patios on the main floor of this home, where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful outdoors. On the patio off the dining area, guests can find a BBQ, and some seating, ideal for grilling in the warm weather! Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.     Important Notice About Tahoe Donner Pools & Spas: Please note that the Trout Creek Recreation Center pools and spas will be closed for renovations from September 2, 2025, for approximately three and a half months. This closure is necessary to upgrade the pool and spa mechanical systems, deck hydronics, and pool deck pavers. During this time, the Northwoods Pool will remain open from September 2 to October 10 (11:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily, weather permitting). Tahoe Donner members and their guests will receive locals’ day/month/quarterly pass pricing discounts at the TDRPD pool with a valid Member or Resident Tenant ID card.
