Had a great stay at Sandals Grenada, there was a few issues with our room to begin with, but their guest service team helped us in finding another room on the resort. The 10 restaurants and entertainment each evening was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We just spent a week at the resort and had the most amazing experience. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff were pleasant and friendly. We stayed in the Italian Oceanview w/ SkyPool. The room was amazing! Our favorite part was the large balcony with the daybed and private plunge pool. Housekeeping kept the room clean and stocked. Our Butlers, Ifori, Kieran and Akim made our stay extra special! They were very attentive and went above and beyond to make to make our stay memorable. We will definitely return!

First and foremost, I want to mention some exceptional staff we came to know Glendon Kessiel Berwin Tascia, these people made our trip so special . We were so excited about our trip and it met every expectation. The property is so beautiful. The service is amazing! We stayed in a pink gin walkout room 1112. The views were like no other. This was our first Sandals trip. Absolutely won us over. Don't miss the sushi and just sit at the bar to have it ;) We met such wonderful people too. This resort is a 10

Sandals Grenada is an exceptional experience! We went to celebrate friends’ birthdays and fell in love with this resort. Their butler Sylvika was phenomenal and very attentive! This is my favorite Sandals resort so far. We will be back soon!

For those looking to choose a Sandals resort, Sandals Grenada is a great choice. My wife and I have been to several Sandals and this one we liked the best. We met couples that have over 300 paid nights at Sandal resorts and they same the same. Why? Here are couple reasons; 1. Workers and staff are very very nice people. Nicest of all Sandals. 2. Food always great but loved Kimono, Butch’s, and Neptunes. Call a week in advance and ask for reservations. Kimono and Butch’s only 2 that require one. 3. Smallest of all Sandals which makes it more intimate and easy to navigate. Although getting to rooms is hilly. If your an older couple you may want to request a room with easy access. 4. The only Sandals with poolside volleyball ball. Love this as it really brings people together. 5. Beach was very nice with a pier. Couple really good coffee spots. Windy, but welcomed it. Temps were about 85F. 6. Resort just minutes from airport. You don’t hear planes all day either. Maybe once a day. You won’t be disappointed!! Live life and take the trip. Hope this helps.

We were blown away by this location. First of this is my new favorite country to visit in the Caribbean. So beautiful, weather was amazing, and the people are the friendliest. The resort is smaller but well laid out with everything a short walk away yet offering enough to keep you entertained. All of the food was amazing. The entertainment was great and so was the service. We quickly realized why so many other Sandals fans say Grenada is their favorite. Take advantage of the free boat tour, snorkeling tour, and snorkeling from the shore that they offer. We also did a couple massage at the spa which was very relaxing. For tours the river tubing and sulfur pond was amazing. Great way to see the island in an open air truck, hit the rainforest, tube down some mild rapids, soak in a local natural sulfur pond, and experience some local food. Most of this tour was in less visited areas so you get a real experience. We also did the 1/2 day historical tour taking you to Ft. Frederick, the spice factory to try the flavors of the island, downtown St. George to see the capital and shop and tasting at a rum distillery. The views from everywhere on the resort are incredible. We fell in love with this resort and will be coming back. Our Butlers Don, Leanna, and Samuel made every moment special. Franklin the personal trainer does some awesome classes pool side that are fun and keep you active (still with drink in hand). Kenisha in the salon took care of my wife’s nails for free when she had a couple come off during the trip even though they weren’t done there. Viola in Columbian Emeralds was great showing us things and wasn’t pushy to buy just loved to show us what they offer. Michael at Kimonos was an amazing chef. He said he’s only been doing this for 4 months but that must be island time cause he put on a great show. So many of the managers stopped to say hi every day and make sure our trip was nothing short of spectacular. I wish I could remember everyone’s name usually it’s easier but when literally everyone you come in contact with makes your day it’s hard to track them all.

My wife and I recently spent 8 days in paradise. We had a S1B Swim-Up Butler level room in the beautiful Italian Village at Sandals Grenada. This room is amazing as we could walk out our back door and right into our awesome pool. Our butlers Silvika, Kevon and Renisha were fantastic giving us attentive service with thoughtful touches that made our vacation extra special. I have Celiac's Disease and was extremely happy with Sandals Grenada culinary team who along with my butlers did a fantastic job preplanning my meals and even had the culinary team make me some special deserts including some gluten free cookies. Kudos to the staff at Dino's who made amazing gluten free and regular pizzas and the surprise of the week for me, Cafe de Paris who always had multiple gluten free items for me to choose from. If you have a gluten allergy, you can feel confident that you will be taken care of safely. Needless to say always be your best advocate. The grounds are beautiful The beach is the one area that gets 4 stars but the snorkeling right from the beach is definitely 5 Stars plus. We rebooked the same room for 2028 and can't wait!

Wow! Just wow! I can't recall the last time we posted anything on Tripadvisor, but this is certainly deserving! This visit was our 7th Sandals visit and due to scheduling changes and opportunity, my wife and I were able to make adjustments that allowed us to combine two one-week trips into one two-week trip and I don't know where to begin. It is "off-season," which meant a slower time for resort guests, which was great for us! But truly, the vacation was exceptional because of the people! Sylvika, Kevon, Ranisha, and Vanessa were amazing butlers that were simply fantastic. We don't often use our butlers much (we often choose these rooms because we like the nicer accommodations), but these four were tremendous, learned out likes, and did amazing things to surprise us. And now to the dive team! Curtis was great before we even arrived, but the magic really happened once we got here. One of our biggest draws to Sandals is inclusion of SCUBA. We dove every day except for our arrival and departure days and every dive was wonderful. Because of the rainy season, the water is a bit more green, but once the dive group is at the bottom, the reefs come alive! Sadly, I am not good with names, so if I forget someone it's my fault. That said, we want to shout out to Shimere, Adrian, Zade, Cavell, Tyrone, Kimron, "Prince," Leston, Javon, Anne-Marie...and all the others I am missing. I may edit this once we review our dive book, but if I forget, to all the Water Sports personnel - THANK YOU!!!! And it is worth re-stating that this was our 7th Sandals and we have intentionally gone to a different one each time in order to try and experience the different resorts. And yet, we had such a great time that we booked another trip back to Grenada with Ahkim (more on him in a moment) in the Loyalty lounge. We can't wait to get back! We look forward to seeing everyone next year, but if we don't see Ahkim, we believe it will be because he is making it big on Broadway! Ahkim first met us at the beginning of our visit, he helped us find our way, and we discovered he is both working in the Loyalty lounge and is one of their amazing performers. His hospitality and enthusiasm is palpable. All in all, this was an incredibly memorable trip. 10/5 stars from us! Thank you for a magical vacation!

We just wrapped up an amazing week at Sandals Grenada, and one of the standout experiences was the incredible service we received from the bar staff, especially at the pool bar and The Living Room. Mario deserves special recognition. He worked all seven days of our stay and had our favorite drinks ready and waiting each time we walked up. His dedication and memory made us feel like true VIPs. Jethro is doing an outstanding job during his internship. He was courteous, fun, and clearly passionate about making guests feel welcome. He has a bright future ahead of him. Nórdica and Sherene were equally wonderful. They greeted us with warm smiles and cold drinks without us even having to ask. Their energy and attention to detail truly elevated our experience. We looked forward to spending our days with this team by the pool! At The Living Room Bar, Kwesi and Micah kept the good times going every night with great cocktails, fun conversation, and exceptional hospitality. They were the perfect way to end our evenings. Special thanks to Micah for going above and beyond! This entire team made our trip unforgettable. Thank you for your warmth, service, and for making every moment feel effortless and fun. We will absolutely be back and we’ll be looking for this crew when we return.
