J'ai passé un séjour fantastique au KK Sapa Hotel du 22 au 24 juin 2024. L'hôtel se trouve à 5 minutes à pied des commerces et des restaurants. L'enregistrement et le départ se sont bien déroulés et le personnel était sympathique et serviable. Ma chambre était propre, spacieuse et offrait une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Les équipements, notamment la piscine, le spa et le petit-déjeuner, étaient excellents. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour des vacances reposantes et agréables.
Un merci spécial à Lucy, qui a organisé notre navette vers Lao Cai et nous a aidés à louer des vélos, en coordonnant même avec le chauffeur pendant son jour de congé.

L'emplacement est très bon et a un accès direct à la station de téléphérique Fansipan. Le plus surprenant est qu'ils ont appris grâce au passeport que le jour de l'enregistrement était l'anniversaire de ma fille, alors ils ont tranquillement décoré la chambre et lui ont offert un délicieux. un gâteau et une carte de vœux avec des mots écrits dessus. Tellement attentif et prévenant, je recommanderai certainement cet hôtel à mes amis.

The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the lobby was beautiful CNY decorations.The rooms was clean and spacious with balcony a nice view mountain and city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Special thanks one of the staff who recommendations on local dining spot.The hotel locations was perfect within walking distance to several attractions and restaurants.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. I definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing.
then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo.
The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer.
There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served.
Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

I loved Pao’s. The location is superb, breakfast has absolutely everything you could want and the staff are so lovely. I had an issue with my first room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and move me to a different room. Don’t miss the Valley rooms, they really are beautiful with amazing views. I will definitely be back!

A really warm and friendly staff at this hotel. Located in close proximity to Sapa Square, SunWorld Plaza, CatCat Village, Stone Church, Ham Rong Park, Sapa Lake and Moang Hua there are plenty of restaurants in the area too. The views are spectacular of the valleys and mountains from the mountain view rooms. There was a decent variety for breakfast with again some excellent views! It was cold in January but fortunately the AC also offers heating in nice sized rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

Le lieu est absolument étonnant, il ne se trouve pas mieux que cela à Sapa. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Ne pouvait pas profiter du balcon en raison du temps froid mais il doit rocker pendant l'été. La location est un peu difficile comme elle sur une colline et la marche en haut est un peu difficile, mais ils fournissent une voiture de transbordement chaque heure (vous devez la réserver d'abord). Ils ont fait une glissement une fois où la voiture ne nous a pas recueilli à l'heure et au lieu désignés, donc nous avons dû payer pour un tiers pour nous emmener à l'hôtel, mais l'hôtel nous a immédiatement compensé par des espèces. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très agréable, une expérience de cinq étoiles. Il a pris soin de mes maris problèmes de diarrhée (désolé pour la TMI lol mon mari m'a insisté pour me faire passer ça) en lui faisant un concoction de bambou de ginger spécial, et même offrant son médicament personnel.

Les réceptionnistes sont très serviables et nous ont aidés à réserver des billets pour la montagne Fansipan et nous ont également guidés vers le village de Cat Cat. La vue depuis l'hôtel sera très agréable lorsque vous y irez en avril-mai. L'hôtel n'a pas de chauffage mais leur climatisation a 2 options pour nous garder au chaud. C'est un hôtel économique donc je ne m'attendais pas à grand chose. Une chambre chaleureuse et une douche chaude et un lit confortable sont tout ce dont j'ai besoin pendant la saison hivernale.

The hotel is so peaceful with nice view. The breakfast is good. The hotel reception is very helpful. Buying tickets for the Fansipan Mountain trip, Currency Exchange and may be also motor bike rental for driving around the city can be made via Hotel Reception.

Séjour incroyable à Sapa Town ! L'emplacement est à distance de marche des commerces de la ville mais pas trop proche pour que nous puissions quand même profiter du calme et de la tranquillité de l'endroit. L'hôtel Aliana est l'endroit où séjourner lorsque vous visitez Sapa Town. Non seulement leurs lits sont confortables, mais l'espace des chambres et le service sont excellents ! Félicitations à Loang et à l'équipe d'Aliana qui parle très bien anglais et a fourni une hospitalité et un service excellents !

RRechieOur stay at Sapa Centre Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect for exploring the city.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SaPa.

A special shout-out to Selena for going above and beyond when we realized we had left our earphones in the hotel, already on the bus to Hanoi. We reached out via WhatsApp, and Selena arranged for the earphones to be sent to our next hotel in Hanoi through their limousine service. That level of thoughtful service truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for it!

LLee TinWe booked the Deluxe Room With Mountain View And Balcony n was given room G102 located one floor below reception. You can see the train moving n has an overall view of the sapa retreat hotel if i remember correctly. Check out the lovely pictures captured during sunrise. Lovely hues can be see in clear skies.
Our stay was on 12-13 Jan n unfortunately the monorail n fansipan was closed for maintenance. But weather was sunny n clear. And we actually caught a glimpse of the train for seconds when they were testing it!
It was very cold n the hotel has got Airconditioner that works both ways but the heating function wasn’t strong enough. We asked for extra heating n they brought us a standing heater that helps to only keep one person warm. So we just put on warm clothes n slept with blankets on. I was prepared as I read the reviews.
Reception counter staff were all helpful n friendly. Mostly smiling ☺️ n good to see.
The ladies in the restaurant are less smiley but they still try to help with your needs.
Hotel has water heater so u could take your hot shower but the bathroom was very airy n big. So you’ll feel cold very soon.
Bed n bedding was good n we caught the beautiful sunrise hues.
We ate both lunch and breakfast from their restaurant mam. Both are yummy. Breakfast was soo goood and u choose from a menu what u like. They will prepare it from their kitchen upon your order.
The hotel values their guests and have a cute postcard from sapa yen hotel with a personal touch on the letter. Was a great stay and would highly recommend this to all.

IIsabel ZippertClean and comfy room, small but tasty breakfast. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we are okay. Before heading up to Fansipan she checked the weather on top for us. We could buy tickets for Fansipan and our journey back to Hanoi with her for a reduced price than shown online. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Hot showers and aircon with heating option to make sure we were comfortably warm, we were here in December. New water bottles, towels and toiletries everyday. Location is very close to town. Mountain View with city. We could see the fireworks on the main square on Christmas from our window. Would come again!

IInvitéThe staff at this hotel are doing everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. They rent out scooters at a good price and I used this service to get to a nearby village. For breakfast you either have a buffet or a la carte depending on how many people stay. If there aren't too many guests then a la carte is the only option. Regarding the room, the bed is comfy and internet signal is strong enough to stream Netflix etc. I would recommend this place.

EEunice MarginelOur stay was no more than pleasant. The hotel’s best asset is their amazing staff. We arrived around 6am and we are able to get an early checked in and not only that, we’ve got our room upgraded for a nice view, just because.
Also, shout out to their best staff, Ruby. She has an amazing smile and she keeps us entertained during breakfast. (See picture to see Ruby)

IInvitéLa chambre est grande, avec un lit roi, il a un séparateur, puis un lit en vrac. Ainsi, il est très bon pour 4 paches de séjour.
Le lit est confortable, pas à doucement et à mon amour.
L'hôtel est juste à côté du marché Sapa et de la gare de bus.
Pour aller à Sun Plaza (station Sapa) et il y a beaucoup de restaurants et cafés, il est à environ 20 minutes à pied.
Sapa est une petite ville, vous ne serez donc pas perdu.

IInvitéFansipan View Hotel is highly recommended! We had an amazing stay.. the view is awesome. The staffs are accommodating, speak good english, and assisted us greatly! The location is good as it is near to different attractions, 1 min walk away to Moana Sapa. You can walk or ride their toktok, grab, or private cabins.
The foods are so good!!
Amenities are well-maintained and very neat.
I will come back to this hotel, when I visit Vietnam again!

LLizzieWAfter 4 days on the ha giang loop we wanted to find somewhere to rest and relax. We were so impressed by this hotel that we booked an extra night, it’s easily the nicest place we have stayed in Vietnam and such great value for money. The hotel and rooms are really well kept and gorgeously decorated, beds super comfortable and cleaned each day. We had a minor issue with the heat for the shower which they fixed within 10 minutes and didn’t have an issue with after that - the shower is the best we have had in Vietnam too it was hot with good pressure. The reception staff are so kind and helpful which gives the hotel a personal touch. There was a huge selection for breakfast. Location is just out of the hustle and bustle so it’s nice and quiet but everything you need is a short walk away! I often question the legitimacy of reviews for hotels but can confirm this one is worth every penny!

GGeeGood find, near a lot of places. We have to do early check in since our bus arrived at 4am, they asked us to pay 50k vnd which i think is fair since it’s almost 12 hrs from our check in time.
Rooms are spacious, complete toiletries, breakfast is ok, just have to go early because some foods may no longer be available to be made near the closing time.
They have a spot where you can take photos with Sa Pa Views

UUtilisateur anonymeL'emplacement est considéré près du centre Sapa principal où la route à gauche est descendue après avoir quitté l'hôtel, un bon bateau à vapeur et bbq, un parlour de massage, des clubs, des places pour boire à la nuit et le marché Sapa sont situés, à 10 à 15 minutes à pied. Il est également à 10 minutes à pied près de la gare pour prendre les gens qui prennent le bus de sommeil à Hanoi.
Le petit déjeuner est très confortable, vous pourrez vous rendre à l'hôtel.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est assez gentil pour organiser le transport vers les lieux intéressants de Sapa sans frais supplémentaires, le paiement est 100% au conducteur.
L'hôtel est en bas, il n'y a pas de levage, tous les bagages et les objets doivent être pris en vol par les escaliers à côté de l'hôtel, et il est dans l'espace ouvert sans toit/ombre, si la pluie sera certainement humide. Mais l'hôtel fournit une parapluie et le personnel de l'hôtel aidera à transporter les bagages.
L'hôtel lui-même est également situé en haut d'une étage avant d'atteindre le lobby.
La douche d'eau chaude ne durera que 15 minutes au maximum, puis l'eau commence à se réfrigérer, pas bon pour un temps froid comme tel.
