Service is good, but not clean

생각보다 오르막에 있어 걸어가기에는 애매했음. 직원은 매우 친절했으나 시설은 옛날식임

Staff was really attentive, Room was super clean and they were flexible enough for us to store our luggages and use the toilets after our reservation ended. Oh and the views of the mountains from the balcony in the morning is fantastic! Best value for the hotels in the area in terms of service, views and breakfast included as well. Bathtub should I keep going? Walking distance to the main town

My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing right from the start. They advertised with a photo of another hotel, and I only realized upon arrival that I had not booked the one I intended. When I confronted the manager about the misleading photos, he responded disrespectfully, suggesting that I must have been drunk when booking because the rooms were obviously different. It was a terrible way to handle a customer concern. Despite my request to cancel the non-refundable booking, the manager was uncooperative and insisted I stay. During my stay, I witnessed him pulling the same trick on five other customers. He then offered me the "best" room in the hotel, which turned out to be far from it. The room had multiple issues, including excessive layers of paint, humidity stains, malfunctioning doors, and a non-functional television. The bathroom was dirty and covered in mold, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, with springs poking through. To cover up the smell of smoke from the air conditioning, they had placed a heavily scented candle in the room, which only made matters worse. The breakfast experience was equally terrible. The limited options included soup and poorly cooked eggs, and the conditions were unhygienic, with moldy tablecloths. On the second day, they moved me to a different room, but it had the exact same problems as the previous one. Upon checking out, they suddenly informed me that they only accepted cash, nearly causing me to miss my ride. The manager's attempt to justify this policy was unconvincing and felt like another evasion of responsibility. In conclusion, this hotel is a complete scam, and I witnessed other guests falling victim to the same deceit. I strongly advise booking platforms to remove this establishment from their listings.

terrible, the service quality of the reception and the room is too poor quality.we will never want to remember about this hotel. a disappointing vacation in Sapa when we booked this hotel . You should exercise caution when coming to this hotel.

Mình có đặt phòng ở đây 2 đêm cho dịp lễ 2/9 với giá phòng 1tr/đêm. Hôm checkin mình tới lúc 10h đêm nhưng phải đợi 1 lúc thì ksan thông báo hết phòng, vô cùng hoang mang khi phòng mình đã đặt trước và thanh toán toàn bộ qua traveloka. Khách sạn ko hề phản hồi gì cũng như liên lạc với khách mặc dù mình checkin trễ như vậy. Sau đó ksan đề nghị chuyển mình qua chi nhánh 2 và cam kết chất lượng phòng ở tương đương như chỗ mình đặt. Do tối muộn và đi đường xa cũng mệt nên mình cũng đồng ý với đề nghị trên của ksan nhưng khi tới nơi mình hoàn toàn bất ngờ vì chi nhánh 2 này (hình đính kèm) thực chất chỉ là 1 homestay và phòng thì cũ hoàn toàn không như lời cam kết của khách sạn. Mình đã yêu cầu hoàn tiền nhưng khách sạn lại vòng vo và yêu cầu mình liên hệ với traveloka để hủy phòng hoàn tiền. Thật sự không nghĩ 1 khách sạn 3 sao lại có thái độ lừa lọc khách và phục vụ kém đến như vậy. Đây là trải nghiệm tệ nhất mà mình từng có.
