Évaluations de Tuan Chau Resort Ha Long

I just booked this property thr booking com. The plus points are nice location where is near by the seaside beach, nice swimming pool, good staffs of restaurant and almost other staffs except receptionist and sale person. Once i book the booking, i noted the big double bed but no answer until i came to the resort that i saw 2 very small beds separately. That i was so disappointed. The second one is i noted in the booking we had 2 adults + 1 kid eleven years old. They charged me abit more, that was fined, no problem. But once i came the room that i found only two towels for two person, i did call reception to ask for 1 more set or 1 more towel for my kid but he refused that because he said my room was set up for 2 people only, the kid charge was only for breakfast, not allowed for 1 more towel for my kid? What service was for? Very bad behaviour and bad service. I would never come back here again
