The Grey house Hotel, located on the southern slope in Tuapse, just 100 meters from the sea and on a hill, offers its guests a unique modular concept in the form of a cascade stylized as containers. Each room has a private terrace with panoramic sea views, which creates an atmosphere of peace and harmony. The hotel has a small children's area and a heated infinity pool with spectacular sea views.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi and parking are available for guests' convenience. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. There is also a refrigerator and a split system in the room, which provides a comfortable microclimate. There is a Grey cafe on site, where you can enjoy an extraordinary design, sea and forest views, a real wood-burning fireplace and original dishes from our chef. A shuttle service is available upon prior request.

Ставлю эти 2 звезды администрации/руководству отеля! Приезжали в этот отель второй раз за этот год, тк первый раз все понравилось, решили взять уже двоих детей с собой. Забронировали все заранее, но пока ехали, образовался еще один дополнительный день отпуска и при заселении попросили продлить наши два номера еще на сутки. Доброжелательный администратор (как потом выяснилось уборщица, не имевшая на то никаких полномочий) уверила нас, что закрепит за нами эти два номера еще на сутки, дабы в данный момент не переписывать «бумажки». На наши доводы, что сейчас праздники и как бы нам не остаться без номеров, был ответ « вся бронь идет через меня, я все отмечу, да и сейчас ноябрь - пол отеля пустует... просто в день выезда подойдете и оплатите за эти сутки!» Мы предложили оплатить сразу, но опять те пресловутые уже заполненные «бумажки»….. Настал «день X» и мы со спокойной душой, позавтракав и заказав завтрак на следующий день - мы же уверены были, что остаемся еще на сутки, пошли оплатить... но, каково же было удивление, «женщина администратор/уборщица» сказала, что ничего такого она не помнит... Но, когда мы все освежили в памяти, побежала к руководству «решать вопрос»... Ho, естественно, все номера уже были заняты и никто уже ничего не мог сделать! На улице +23, дети довольные плещутся в бассейне, из которого пришлось их вытащить просто в никуда ... обидно просто до слез! Едем мы сюда 1400 км, был важен действительно каждый день... и очень обидно, что так получилось! Надеюсь, что руководство этого отеля обратит внимание на данную ситуацию и не будет давать столько вольностей обслуживающему персоналу!
