Le restaurant d'arrivée est ouvert mais n'a servi que des hamburgers et des chips. Le matin nous avons été dits: pas de petit déjeuner. Prenez un café et conduisez tel et tel endroit comme ils servent vraiment bon petit déjeuner. La raison était que le gestionnaire a quitté et ils n'avaient pas de livraisons de semaines ». Le café était froid. Le gym n'a pas fonctionné, la plupart des machines étaient hors d'usage. En sortant de l'gym, j'ai essayé si ils avaient du café chaud frais. Je remarquais qu'ils seraient servis à quelqu'un de fond frais avec des œufs et du bacon. Je me suis demandé à la même personne qui nous a dit de aller chercher un autre endroit pour le petit déjeuner : qu'est-ce qui s'est passé ? Elle a répondu : oh, nous n'avions que quelques œufs ! Je lui ai dit, pourquoi ne nous avions-nous pas servis ? Elle a répondu : il n'y avait pas de chef. Je l'ai pointé, mais il était. Ils ont tous deux fui ! Nous sommes arrivés au petit déjeuner en serviant le temps et sans service? Très déçu! Je ne comprends pas.

Le service de la chambre de première chambre est très bienvenu. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. C'est une excellente valeur pour l'argent que nous avons dépensé. Je recommande que tout le monde reste dans la région de Tulsa ou Bixby !

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This is the first and only bad review I have ever written in my life, for any hotel or motel that I've ever stayed in. We came to Tulsa to attend a funeral. After a good night's sleep, I had planned to take a shower before going to the funeral that same morning, but the water diverter would not work. it would only work for a bath option. I reported the problem to the manager, as I thought maybe I didn't know how to use it. The manager agreed that the water diverter on the spout was not working probably and offered to move us to another room. I didn't have time to move to another room and still make it to the funeral in time. So I went down for breakfast. There were no breakfast options other than high sugar and high-carb foods, nothing healthy or appropriate for a type 2 diabetic diet. So I had coffee and a banana. After going to the funeral without a shower, we were move to another room. The room we were moved to did have a shower that worked. But the king size bed mattress in room 229 was so broke down on each side that it was like sleeping in a New York pothole. I finally put a pillow in the pothole to level out the mattress so I could get a little sleep. The next morning I went down for breakfast again, and the same thing, mostly cold breakfast all high carbs, high sugar the worst breakfast options I've ever seen in a Marriott. However they did add a low sugar low fat yogurt. The manager did say they were shorthanded and couldn't offer their usual hot breakfast an other services. There are no microwaves in the rooms either. which is kind of strange.

La chambre était propre (checked for bed bugs, it passed inspection) wifi était bon, les chaînes de télévision étaient largement variées. (Il avait CNN) petit déjeuner inclus, avait une bonne quantité de choix.

I hate having to leave a poor review and sound like an angry old man, but I find tall reviews useful when booking hotels for business travel. Unfortunately this property completely missed the mark for me and I will certainly not return or recommend. As a frequent traveler and a Diamond Member at Hilton I have come to expect the typical great customer service and the little things that make business travel easier. Of all the properties I have stayed at, this was easily the most difficult to navigate. While the property is fairly new, and nice, with a great downtown location, logistically it is a disaster. The parking situation is easily the worst I have experienced at any hotel in my years of travel. If you are driving a car, DO NOT STAY here. I prefer hotels with valet, but if no valet, easy in and out parking is definitely expected. There is limited parking spaces available for hotel customers in the outside lot directly next to and behind the hotel, This is a shared lot and not under the ownership of the hotel, they only get a certain number of spaces per night. The lot itself is not clearly marked, so if you park in the wrong spot you will receive a $125 ticket. That will be reduced to $35 if you pay within 15 days. This is obviously a problem and the hotel is well aware of it. There are signs everywhere in the hotel and confusing instructions that I guess you are supposed to memorize. These signs are obviously difficult to comprehend as there were 4-5 other guests the same evening, who, like myself, were confused and received parking tickets. Its apparent they have no real interest in addressing this situation. The even more disappointing part of it is the staff could care less. Speaking with the person at the front desk trying to get clarity she was dismissive, condescending and had zero interest in my concern. She had no problem if we canceled our four rooms and switched hotels. Which I tried, but rooms downtown were at a minimum, so we stuck it out and made it through night 2 with zero issues. If you travel a lot and expect easy access and accommodating service I would steer clear of this property. For those who prefer Hilton, there is a Doubletree property a few blocks away, I would recommend that over this place. My worst Hilton experience in several years as a loyal Hilton customer, thus the one star review. I will certainly not be back.

C'était un bon séjour. C'est un bon choix pour une soirée ou un week-end de sortie au centre-ville. Le service était bon comme toujours. Chambres et hall très propres. Ils nous ont donné des cookies à la réception. Ils étaient également excellents. Excellente expérience dans l'ensemble. Je recommanderais !
