Very centrally located within reach of many restaurants by foot or a short car ride. The hotel staff were very helpful and even recommend us taxi services to visit the famous Turpan sites. The rooms were given fresh fruits daily which was a really nice touch.

L'hôtel est parfait. Je séjournerai au Volcano Red la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Turpan. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste. Le personnel de sécurité s'est rendu en voiture jusqu'à la porte de la salle des tonneaux de vin et a déplacé nos valises dans la chambre. Je suis très satisfait avec l'attitude de travail du personnel de l'hôtel 👍👍

Fantastic hotel, probably the best in Turpan. Convenient location just outside of town but a short taxi ride to the centre, and the rooms are beautifully finished, with high quality touches like the towels and bedding. Restaurant and small shop available on site. We had no electric power for one night but staff were very accommodating. Will stay again!

Great new Hotel. Nearby has a local food street, the center of Turpan is about 10 minutes of driving away. The hotel room was spacious and clean. It also featured a washing machine. Service was really good. Breakfast was served in a building nearby. Good selection of local food. No coffee, but the room had a capsule coffee machine for the morning.

Il y a deux chambres standard pour une famille de quatre personnes. C'est une surprise d'avoir un humidificateur dans la chambre. Tout le personnel du service client, y compris Rose et Alisa, est très gentil et professionnel. Nous sommes des sudistes et ne sommes pas habitués à la nourriture épicée. Le restaurant a préparé tous les plats non épicés selon notre demande. Merci beaucoup. L'hôtel propose gratuitement une blanchisserie en libre-service et du détergent à lessive. Il y a un petit cadeau après le départ, ce qui est très prévenant. C'est une très bonne expérience de séjour.

Le surclassement de chambre est gratuit, ce qui est génial. C'est la première fois que je vois du lavage. La baignoire et les toilettes sont séparées et ne s'influencent pas. Surtout l'eau du bain ne éclaboussera pas à l'extérieur, ce qui est très pratique. Il existe de nombreuses plateformes permettant de stocker facilement des objets. Ce qu'il convient particulièrement de recommander est 1. La literie est très confortable et propre, et la couette est d'épaisseur modérée. 2. L'équipement de climatisation est tellement bon. Il est réglé à 25 degrés la nuit et il y a une faible brise. Il n'y a aucun bruit pendant le sommeil et la pièce est fraîche. Couvrez-vous d'une couette et dormez jusqu'à l'aube. C'était le meilleur sommeil que j'ai eu en six jours, et les quatre personnes voyageant avec moi ont ressenti la même chose. C'est vraiment un bonheur de si bien dormir à Turpan à 40 degrés Celsius. 3. Le service de la réception était enthousiaste, ils ont surclassé la chambre et recommandé des restaurants abordables.

Easily one of the top two or three guesthouse experiences I’ve had traveling China over the past decade. While it’s certainly on the higher end of the price spectrum, you definitely get what you pay for and more. The level of detail is immaculate: given how hot and dry Turpan is, they give you as much bottled water you need & leave hydrating facial masks in your room every day. Also, shoutout to the beds—one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in China—and Japanese toilet. The facilitates and service touches are on par with the best luxury hotel brands which probably go for twice the price or more. But ultimately the people and location are what make this place special. Everyone from the owner to the cleaning staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I ran into the owner at a restaurant and he bought me dinner and introduced me to some local dishes I would have never known to order. The location is 🍇 valley. It’s a quaint little grape producing village with friendly locals and amazing fruit. All in all, Bafeng Retreat is a special place that is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and take life slowly. Highly recommended.

L'environnement de l'hôtel Yahoo est vraiment bon, les installations sont également très complètes, une maison de trois personnes est particulièrement chaude et confortable. La réception est particulièrement intime, l'avion est arrivée au petit-déjeuner et nous avons emballé un petit-déjeuner confortable. L'entrée est un café commercial, le repas est particulièrement pratique, toutes sortes de plats. En résumé, cette option est satisfaisante.

據説是政府接待的，環境很好，距離葡萄溝走路20分鐘吧。衹是服務讓人覺得和環境有點不搭：我們訂的三人間，應該是帶沙發的那種，但在辦理入住時，兩個前台小美女在聊天，還問我是不是三人間，我明確是，結果到了房間才發現是個兩人間，三個人咋睡啊？打電話説搞錯了，給我們換同樓層的房間，好啊，結果進去一看，沒有沙發不説，根本就是兩人間改的三人間，衹有一個牀頭櫃，兩張床共用，上面也衹有一個充電插座，另一張床沒有牀頭櫃更沒有充電器可以用！！我當時就提出了疑問，説讓我們等，等了20分鐘左右，沒有任何消息，我們自駕好累想躺着，還有行程呢！就打電話説不換了。緊接着不想下去車裡拿水，就想着讓服務員送3瓶水，前台説可以。一會又打電話説，一瓶要收2塊錢，因為房間裏已經配了三瓶水。那為什麼接電話時不直接説呢？業務不熟練嗎？而且我們在南疆走了一路，所住的賓館都會額外再送3瓶水的。不是多要水要收費的問題，從一開始分錯房，又分錯房型，再到等待……讓之前看到賓館環境的驚喜盪然無存，失望啊！賓館的設施也有點老了，還説時他們最新的樓，希望能加強服務，別辜負了好名頭和好環境！

來到新疆來到了吐魯番選擇海昌酒店，因為我看位置聽好的，國道旁邊，兩個大景區中間，門口有很大的停車場，進大廳給人給特別舒服的感覺，裝修風格特別好，定了商務標間房間裏面也聽舒服的，晚餐在6樓餐廳吃的，餐廳挺大的，環境超級好，特別舒服，餐廳服務員的服務態度也好，特別有禮貌，很尊重我們，尤其是餐廳經理阿孜古麗特別熱情的接待了，我們在包廂吃飯，阿孜古麗還帶服務員進來給我們唱歌，我們非常開心，第2天早上阿經理親自給我們送來了營養早餐，真讓人感動了，早餐是很貼心的，新疆特產乾果，小數民族的糕點，水果，特別豐富，我們在這裏表示的感謝年青漂亮的阿阿孜古麗，説實話我們在海昌真真的享受了5星級 服務，可以給個5星好評，以後來吐魯番，我還得住海昌，希望海昌的生意越來越好，讓老闆發財掙。
