Welcome to our fully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with private patio in green community. The patio opens up to a large grass field. The home is very centrally located. 12 minutes to Disneyland, 15 minutes to the beach. 5 minute walk to Santa Ana Zoo, right off the 5 & 55 freeway, with ample nearby shopping & restaurants. The home is very comfortable. The bedrooms are very spacious and all remodeled with new flooring and new windows. Please be aware only 1 garage spot in garage is provided. Extra cars or oversized cars may need to park a 20-minute walk away. Minivans fit well in the garage.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:The garage fits standard size cars and minivans. But no oversized cars. SUVs fit may but not all. 73" is the max height.
