Premier Inn Bristol Cribbs Causeway (M5, J17)

We stayed here just for one night as a pit stop to go on a day trip nearby the following day. From the outside, the hotel looks ok. We went to reception, we were about 15-20 mins early for the check-in time, but you never know, your room could be ready. If not, you can always have a drink at the bar. We went to the self service check-in, 2 members of staff very close by at the reception desk didn't even acknowledge us. When we approached the desk, we were, quite rudely, greeted by, well rooms might be ready yet, your early. No hello, no how are you!! We said we knew we were early, but it wasn't a problem and we had travelled a distance. The blonde haired lady with glasses, repeated herself again!! As it happened, our room was ready. We had a premium plus room which I believe are all on the 4th floor. When we entered the room, at first it seemed ok. You are unable to open the windows but there is air con. The bathroom looked ok, but only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, there was 2 of us. Coffee machine, mugs and glasses and 2 bottles of water in the fridge. But 1 of the glasses...not sure what it had all round it but it was certainly not going to be used!! We unpacked, went down to the bar with the glass, and the guy in the black shirt apologised, took our room number and gave us a new glass. He also gave us another set of hard off white towels. There is a Toby Carvery next door, we sat outside there and had a drink. When we arrived back to the room and looked around, it was quite poor. There are so many marks on the floor and walls. I know we didn't pay alot of money for the night, but even still, clean helps!! Clean yes, the bathroom and work station. The bedding was clean also. We ate dinner but hadn't booked it, therefore we had to wait 20 mins, which wasn't an issue. Food was really nice and hot and the server was very nice and polite. Breakfast could have been warmer and the sausages look like they are not cooked properly. You need to ask at the bar for a hot chocolate as the machine only does coffee. There is a lot of litter in the car park. We stayed here due to the close proximity of where we had a day out planned. Would we stay here again. No.

Regular visitor when visiting friends. We go here in the summer because of the air conditioning. Easy access to Cribbs Causeway shopping. Hotel is clean and well run with ample parking and the tasty well known Premier Inn all you can eat breakfast.

Really helpful staff! I wanted to name Junior, Channelle, and Abi in particular for their help! My room had great aircon in this really hot weather!

Excellent stay spoiled by noisy people at first breakfast and screaming uncontrolled children on the second day. Parents oblivious to the disruption

Hi the breakfast was nice the 2 ladies who work there Jayne and Vanessa they are absolutely lovely and kind so helpful we had a family of 16 and the way they dealt with it was really professional and had a smile on there faces and helped us so much.

Excellent has always been.We arrived at the hotel and the member of staff on reception was a true gentleman very friendly and nothing is too much bother for them .We chose the meal deal and wasn’t disappointed it’s well worth it and the food was excellent and lots of choice .The room was top premier inn standard very nice and clean and modern .Thanks for making our stay a nice on
