Please avoid this hotel at all cost. After booking the heritage hotel and receiving confirmation email,travelled from Hanoi to get to this hotel.I have said Afternoon to receptionist no response very rude.Showed my booking confirmation Id She has checked the and refuse to check us in.Speaks no English,I have used google translate thank god.She has said due to family emergency we have closed the hotel for today so can’t check you in.I was well upset but things can happen in life.Walked outside the hotel looking for a new hotel booking just across the street as I was trying to avoid the sun 35 degrees.Group of travelers turned up walked into the reception and they are able to check in so I took a picture of the hotel as they said to us they are closed their door is wide open plus excepting new customers.Well disappointed.But I am an experienced traveler.I have checked on agoda and the fare I booked was almost doubled so they have decided to play the game.Anyways for that reason I will attach the picture to show to you guys the hotel doors were open when they said it is closed for family emergency and excepting other travelers.Well disappointed.must avoid at all cost
