The Hotel is very Good and Also Derya also very helpful for me at Travelodge London, Twickenham. Thank you travelodge for the stay here. I give five star for this hotel and also the breakfast so very nice and I like it. So I recomended for all people to stay here for Holiday if you lookinb the Hotel at London

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly especially Venky. He goes above and beyond to assist guests always welcomed with a smile and a warm welcoming. He is a strong asset to the team here in twickenham. I’ve been staying here for a while now working away from home and have always had the help I’ve needed.

a clean and friendly hotel. a very good choice for short stays. the staff is also very good. Thav and all the other staff at the reception help you in any situation. their sincerity is already a positive aspect of the hotel. the room is cleaned every three days. when you enter the hotel, you just leave the key given to you in a box and check out. the rooms are really clean. the toilets are clean. the security is very good. in three star hotel standards, everything is predictable.

Multiple hairs in the bed, and on the pillow. Scolding hot shower. Sweet wrapper under the bed. Dirty towel. Impolite receptionist who didn't even apologise for giving me a card that didn't work to enter the room twice over. Otherwise a standard travelodge experience.

The good: room was big. Staff are friendly. The bad: 13A sockets in the room were miles from the bed and the usb charging points next to the bed were trickle charging. Worse, the second floor room had air conditioner units literally outside the window, causing the entire room to shake every ten minutes. Managed about an hour of proper sleep; I was woken up constantly throughout the night otherwise. Earplugs didn't work. Avoid the low 200 rooms if you stay here.

Room was well kept with some bathroom amenities provided, all in all what you would expect from a hotel however the staff are absolute diamonds! Specifically Thay, Filip was good too but Thay went above and beyond; give this man a raise! No matter if it was late at night at the 24 hour bar or bright and early in the morning always there with a smile.
