Located in the desirable south end/pier area of the island, this property is ideally located for walking to restaurants, bars, the pier, shops and the Marine Science Center. This top floor corner unit closest to beach boasts an ocean view from its spacious balcony. The inside of the unit has ample room for everyone. There is a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, master with king, guest with queen, third bedroom with double and a single bunk which has been separated. The pool and hot tub are steps away. The elevator is close to condo for easy access. This condo has wifi and cable on brand new flat screen televisions.
