Tyler’s Texas Rose is located in the historical Azalea district of Tyler. This quiet neighborhood is minutes from the hospitals, downtown, TJC, Bergfeld Park, excellent restaurants, and entertainment. The home was renovated in 2022 and hopefully has anything you would want in a home away from home. The screened in back porch is an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee, while overlooking the fenced in back yard. You will have 8 steps from the porch, down to the yard, where there is a grill, and a grilling area with a 6 place table. There are Smart TV's in the bedrooms and in the living room for your viewing pleasure.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About customRules:No pets on any bedding or furniture. We welcome well groomed and well behaved pets. If a second pet visits, there will be another $28 pet fee added.No glitter of any kind,No eating on any of the beds.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.
