The apartment will be completed in late 2019 and offers a wonderful view of Lake Constance, which is less than 30 meters from the south-west balcony. Due to the orientation to the south-west you have all day light and sun. This apartment gives you through a large window front an unforgettable view of the lake.
The light-filled apartment with stunning views offers 75 m² living space for 2 - 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom / WC and a 35 m² living room with open kitchen and direct views of the lake and the Alps.
On the sunny balcony (40 m²) you can relax during the day in the sun and enjoy a great view with lake and alpine panorama. In the evenings you can listen to the sound of Lake Constance and enjoy wonderful sunsets on the balcony with a glass of wine.
The property is not visible from the street, so you will enjoy your stay undisturbed. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Internet connection with Wi-Fi is available for you in the apartment. Lac de Constance et vélos
L'appartement est grande classe avec une vue superbe.
La piste cyclable passe juste à côté de la maison, il y a également une baignade à côté et des magasins pas loin du tout. Une gare de train à proximité (on peut mettre les vélos dans le train et c'est gratuit avec la carte de résident).
C'est quasiment parfait (il manque juste un abri pour garer les vélos).

Fantastic appartment with a beutyfull seaview
We have had a wonderfull stay. The appartment is equipped with everything you need including a start package. We felt like home in the bright and cosy appartment and especielly enjoyed the beautyfull roof terrace with the exceptional view over Bodensee. The appartment was very clean. The location is close to a very good Biomarkt and bakery, and a small number of restaurants. We appreciated that we could walk along the lake to Uberlingen and that it is very easy to rent bicycles a little further down the road. For us this is the perfect holiday home in a perfect location close to everything but at the same time with the feeling of being far away. The owner is very easy to communicate with and was during the entire stay a very attentive and hospitable host. We can highly recommend this place!!!

Perfect hosts, perfect propperty
This is a beautiful and very functional 3rd floor apartment right at the lake. It’s a five minute walk to access the lake to swim. The view from the large balcony is amazing, and our hosts went out of their way to accommodate our various needs. We even received a birthday surprise! The property is in walking distance to bakery, pharmacy, and grocery store. There are so many fun things to do in the surrounding area.
We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

Super Unterkunft
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Eine super schön gelegen Ferienwohnung, besser geht es nicht. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter, an die man sich jeder Zeit wenden konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
