People here are so helpful! We had an early flight in our last day at 5 and staff prepared us refreshment!

Our family from Hong Kong . Would like to say big thank you to this hotel ! Staffs are very helpful . The boss of the hotel very nice and good take care of our family . Room is clean and tidy . Size is big . Hotel breakfast is very nice . With all selection . We can see the balloon clearly in the morning . Want to say big thank you to all of them .

Staff is nice, breakfast is good and location is practical. I enjoyed the view and the comfort of the family suite. Only downside is that while there are 2 restrooms, there is only 1 shower. Still, manageable. Hotel was flexible with check out which was great! Whenever I come back, this will be my place to go.

風景好， 服務員好，早餐好， 設施好，提供各種服務， 便利！very good facility. Very good person. The reception girl is so so good. We have a good trip. They can arrange hot air bloon and taxi. Price is same as others. 非常推薦！

這是此次土耳其之行中入住的最最好的酒店。大氣、典雅、乾淨、寬敞、視野好，怎麼可以是三鑽呢？五鑽才對！強烈推薦！

酒店面對的好像就是鴿子谷景區，白天晚上都很安靜，但也沒有漂亮的燈光。我們的房間比較大，而且第一次感覺到洗澡水滑膩的感覺，像詩中的温泉水。酒店沒有電梯，但身材健壯的服務員阿姨會幫助提拿行李。早餐相對簡單但味道不錯，特別有一個看起來像奶渣的方塊糖，味道出乎意料的好，像甜而不膩的豆酥糖。

這是我土耳其之旅最喜歡的酒店，大氣、乾淨、周到、極具特色、極富品味；老闆和員工很和善可親。整個裝飾古樸自然典雅。離開的時候贈送了美味的軟糖禮包。大愛KISTA，有下次就一定會再住這裏。 This is my favorite hotel in Turkey. It is atmospheric, clean, thoughtful, unique and tasteful. The boss and staff are friendly. The whole decoration is simple, natural and elegant. She left with a delicious fudge gift pack. I love KISTA. I'll stay here again.

高度推薦，位於山坡之上，景色壯觀。出門5分鐘內有餐館和超市和出租車點，打車全部打表，物價也非常合理。酒店安靜又乾淨整潔，洗護用品都特別好，老闆人也超級好，酒店的每個細節都顯示了老闆的品味
