Hôtels proches de Top World, Udon Thani

After 4 hour drive we were pleased to arrive to the hotel where we have stayed before. The quality of the rooms is excellent and the staff at the front desk charming and helpful. However having decided to eat in the restaurant we were very disappointed. Our food came out very slowly, and rice did not arrive for 20 minutes after the main courses did. 2 orders didn’t arrive at all. Then when one did it was wrong and then again it arrived wrong. This was at least 90 minutes after us first ordering. Completely spoilt our evening before going for a walk for which we were too late and before a long following day to work for the charity which we support. We’re very sad and frustrated.

Je me suis résidé dans cet hôtel parce qu'il était proche de la vie de la nuit. Il est juste au milieu! Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est offert pour un prix mais bien la valeur. Le service dans le restaurant était excellent. J'ai dîné aussi et j'ai eu de la nourriture d'Isan qui était délicieuse.

The room was clean but it shows a lot of wear and tear. I was disappointed that there is no convenience store nearby. The bed was big but was way too hard for my liking. I was attracted by a good price and the value is not so bad but I won’t be returning.

Il est très loin de l'aéroport, sur l'autre côté de la proximité de l'aéroport après avoir parcouru environ 5 km , Je reste dans la chambre sur le sol avec vue sur la piscine, le canon de fenêtre a regardé jusqu'à ce qu'il a besoin de curtain de démantèlement. Les chambres sont OK pour séjour avec confort, y compris la chaudière électrique, sèche-cheveux, petit réfrigérateur, armoire, TV écran plat, wifi haut débit, café instantané; un désavantage est le sol mouillé, douches trop hautes électricitéso le sol mouillé facilement. Le petit déjeuner est servi au bar et au restaurant à l'approvisionnement frontal avec des choix de nourriture. Un plus est un transbordeur gratuit de l'hôtel à l'aéroport, juste informer le bureau frontal à l'avance.

Ce qui m'a frappé était la propreté de l'hôtel avec l'extérieur regardant un peu vieillissant à l'intérieur était brillant et nouveau - Woke trop tard pour le petit déjeuner mais la chambre de petit déjeuner était bien organisée, propre et nouveau regard. Les chambres coûtent environ 1000 bahts par nuit en fonction de la saison, je suppose, mais les chambres étaient spacieuses. Je pensais que l'autre porte était vers un balcon, mais il n'était pas, c'était un bon espace de douche avec fenêtres - j'aime la ventilation je sens parfois les chambres d'hôtel sans fenêtres appropriées dans la salle de bains peuvent odeur moldy ou cky c'est juste une préférence personnelle. Le personnel était hospitalier et je suis ravi que dans les hôtels, parfois, quand vous voyagez à Bangkok et non dans une grande ville Service, le personnel a l'esprit parfois n'y est pas. La location est aussi grande - il y a un café à la frontière qui révisera bientôt et un magasin de confort à la frontière qui est certainement la convenance et il est goût dans le milieu d'Udorn, donc tout est proche. Pour le prix et le service reviendront certainement.

Hôtel calme, chambres propres, très bon personnel de service. Dans l'ensemble, c'est très bien. à proximité des attractions touristiques Il y avait beaucoup de nourriture dans cette zone. au-delà du chemin, très pratique De plus, près de l'aéroport d'Udon Thani.

I selected to stay at this hotel again after my last time to stay here was a great experience. Unfortunately, today is not a good experience and I think I won’t come back and I do not recommend this hotel to my friend too. I was checked in at 1.00 pm. The front staff informed me that normal they allow to check in at 2.00 pm but today she will allow me to check in early. Unfortunately, after a few minutes she informed me that she has to change to room due to the room that gave to me has a problem about the toilet. Fortunately, that I did not unpack my bag yet. The excited and bad experience happened after I slept since 21.00 pm. I had to woke up since 23.00 pm due to the guest at room 310 making a loud noise al the time. I tried my best to be patient with it. Then at 00.10 am. I had to work up again from the noise from room 310. Then I made a call to night front office staff to inform 310 for decreasing their voice. However, till 00.25 am the room 310 still made a loud noise thus I called to the front staff again, but the noise was not decrease. That means the night staff did not know how to manage the guest who disturb other and did not know how to solve the problem. This is very bad that the staff allow another guest to disturb the resting time of other guests. Then the staff did not know how to solve the problem for me. I have to manage the loud noise by myself which turn on TV with the maximum noise at 100 due to I already work up and can’t not sleep anymore. I have to work up at night and can’t not sleep any more due to the poor training and unprofessional staff that don’t know how to manage the situation with noisy customers. I could not imagine in case it has an incident happen at this hotel how could the staff help and assist the customers. If you would like to stay in a nice hotel and proper professional handling of customer service, I think Brown House Hotel is not the right place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to my friend and this will be my last time to stay her.

La chambre est bien et propre. Le personnel a parlé car le gardien de sécurité m'a trouvé une place pour me garer quand je suis arrivé tard dans la nuit.

Prix bon marché avec un bon lit. La chambre est propre, un bon lit, confortable. Mais l'extérieur est un peu bouleversé, il est recommandé de refaindre pour vous aider à ne pas ressembler vieux rapidement 😅
