Welcome to a cozy small hotel, hidden in a forest in a picturesque corner of nature - in the recreation complex "Lel". We are located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but only 20 minutes from the city center.
The small hotel has 12 spacious designer rooms with views of the river and the forest. At your service: handmade solid wood furniture, a double bed with orthopedic mattress, a desk, high-quality cosmetics, white terry towels, a hairdryer, a tea station with a mini fridge, bottled water, a sweet compliment from the restaurant, air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe for luggage and wardrobe items, an iron with ironing board, satellite TV, safe.
An early complimentary farmer's breakfast in the room (lunch box) awaits you. You can also stroll along the quiet avenue of century-old pines and stop by for an a la carte breakfast at our restaurant from 10.00.
The complex has real boyar mansions with Russian wood-burning baths, swimming pools and wood-burning fonts in the open air. Cedar and larch steam rooms will fill the body with gentle warmth, and the air saturated with Himalayan salt will help deep breathing and cleansing.
Try new dishes. it is possible to cook on a live fire in the restaurant complex. We salt, smoke and bake ourselves.

Ужаснее сервиса не встречала! Хотели отметить юбилей мужа,цены не маленькие 3900р/час (дом #1), сняли на 4 часа. Дальше обязательно нужен депозит в ресторане 1000р/гостя, хотя на сайте указано, что депозит, при суточной аренде (фото успела сделать, а то они уже быстро поменяли), при этом говорю на сайте другая информация, а мне говорят что такого быть не может. Затем оказалось что ещё надо 150р за каждого гостя -сервисный сбор. Ну думаем ладно забронируем, тут же просят аванс, ну ок отправили 3900р. И тут начинается самое интересное: домик который сняли рассчитан на 12 человек (у нас примерно 12 чел). Тут возник вопрос по поводу детей нам не с кем оставить дочь, а что если и другим гостям не с кем будет оставить детей, то нужно ли будет доплачивать за детей и со скольки лет доплата? Объясняю ситуацию и спрашиваю со скольки лет дети "считаются" (детям не больше 1-4 лет) на что администратор говорит, что дети у них считаются как за всрослых С ОДНОГО ГОДА 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ ВЫ СЕРЬЁЗНО? как можно считать маленького ребёнка за полноценного гостя? Мало того что администратор не предлагает нам доплатить, она прямым текстом говорит, что больше 12 человек ( взрослые и дети) в домик не зайдут, что сервировка стала на 12 человек и больше гостей разместить они не смогут. Я понимаю, если это все взрослые, но как можно считать маленьких детей, которые не будут есть еду (из ресторана на 1000р по депозиту) которые не будут занимать место, а будут бегать и играть. В итоге мы решили отказаться, попросили вернуть депозит, просят написать заявление на возврат 🙄🤦♀️ На основании чего? Мы договор с вами не заключали, ладно написали заявление на возврат, и свои деньги получили на 3 день 🤦♀️ после того как уже начала по телефону ругаться, как аванс так сразу прислай, а как возврат, так начинается директор болеет, в бухгалтерию передали и тд. НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ДАННОЕ ЗАВЕДЕНИЕ С ОТСУТСВУЮЩИМ СЕРВИСОМ И ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКИМ ОТНОШЕНИЕМ К ЛЮДЯМ. P.S. за эти же деньги сняли гостевой дом на сутки)
