We arrived late and were warmly welcomed by a friendly face who even managed to book us into the restaurant after asking if we’d had dinner. The team went above and beyond, helping with tables, taxis, and more—something we’ve never experienced at a Premier Inn before. A special thank you to Lauren, Sarah, Nicky, and Lily for making our stay so comfortable

Great hotel, never had any problems. Special thanks to Lauren , Gemma, Sarah for organising food for me when I was delayed, give these people a bonus for helping customers. Also the breakfast lady with red hair and glasses always very helpful, can't remember her name.

I had room 18 on the ground floor and got woken by the occupants of the room above at 530 am simply walking around getting ready. The building does not have the required noise insulation I am guessing 50 years old. That was the main issue but an important one when trying to sleep !

Excellent staff, very clean room and hotel, and went out way to help with disability needs of autistic child. Breakfast was tasty but very busy staff turned music to improve sensory impact and opened quiet part of restaurant to make accessible for child with additional needs. Staff very kind and professional with host levels of cleanliness throughout hotel and restaurant Easy to find good parking and well located for attractions and town

Stayed at Telford central for 4 nights - *** - 10/4 - nice clean comfy room , friendly staff on reception. Breakfast and evening meal at next door beefeater was also very good and pleasant . Great staff in there too . Will definitely be staying again when we return to Telford later this year .

Great service and very accommodating. Staff do everything they can to help and make you feel comfortable. A change of rooms was easier accommodated and wasn’t a problem. Late breakfast order again wasn’t too much for them. Not issues whatsoever

Premier Inn was great, just AVOID the Beefeater, especially the manager who needs some urgent training! The Beefeater staff make up opening hours to suit themselves, just be WARNED that you could end up at the Premier Inn and go hungry and thirstly - I would recommend JustEat as opposed to risking the Beefeater!

Friendly service upon arrival, good location (opposite the train station, near Telford Centre & bus stops). Room was spacious, clean, with everything I needed. Appreciated having a window that opened properly, net curtains & black out curtains. Air con/heating system thingy was a bit hit and miss. Only downsides were noisy upstairs neighbours, mattress wasn't comfy for me & a bit of a grubby bath. £110 felt a lot, and not having a corner shop nearby or foot/stacked vending machine was a shame but overall really enjoyed my stay. Would of course stay again. Breakfast had plenty of choice too.

Great hotel in a good location. Right next to the train station. Our room was not effect by the train station noise at all. Great size room and bathroom which was clean. Wifi not the best but wasn’t there long enough for it to be a problem. We checked in just after 11pm and could not fault the swift and polite check in. No second pillows in the room, had it been earlier in the day I would have asked for more but it was late so we made do. I have no doubt they have sorted for us had I asked. We didn’t use the on site Beefeater. No one on reception as we left but a box for your room key to be dropped.
