J'ai séjourné au 11e étage avec une vue merveilleuse Le 6ème étage restaurant propose un petit déjeuner fait avec un grand café Toutes les installations étaient bonnes, nouvelles et propres La télévision à écran grande et la chaise de rock élégante étaient si confortables Situation magnifique avec navire aéroport, Emart Le centre-ville était à pied. Tous les membres du personnel étaient amis et grands orateurs. C'était absolument incroyable expérience de séjour Merci beaucoup.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de la ville de l'Ouest, où il est devenu un hôtel de première classe. Je ne pouvais pas trouver ma clé de carte quand j'étais sorti et a été amené USD10 pour cela. Je me suis dit que si je revenais, je pouvais récupérer l'argent. J'ai bien éclaté et dit que le plus tôt que je reviendrais serait l'année prochaine. Ils ont dit que ça va bien. Je suis revenue et ils refusent de me rendre 10 $. Ils ont dit que je devais rentrer dans un mois (tout vous dirait que c'est une condition stupide parce que vous pouviez attendre qu'un client d'hôtel (qui est un étranger) revienne dans un mois). L'amour de la femme a dit que même avant que la dame ne l'ouvre la bouche, elle avait déjà un regard de détermination (qu'elle ne nous payait pas). Elle a parlé de manière très argumentative et belligerante et a insisté sur le fait qu'ils ne me renvoyaient pas mes 10 $. Je m'expliquais que je me disais qu'il serait bon pour moi de rentrer un an plus tard. Si je n'avais pas été dit, je n'aurais pas eu d'obstacle à ramener la carte. Elle a demandé une pantalon rose, en disant que je l'aurais donné. Je dis que je n'étais pas * je n'étais pas vraiment) mais ils ont vu ma carte, ils ont trouvé mes records de rester là.. Elle a l'air de ne pas comprendre.. Elle a commencé à augmenter sa voix, elle essayait de restituer mes fonds à moi. Je suis si alimentée, je lui ai dit qu'elle pouvait garder mon USD10. Je poste cette expérience en ligne parce que je pense qu'il est stupide qu'ils refusent de me rendre mon argent même quand les faits sont très évidents. Il est très triste pour l'hôtel si ils essaient de faire de l'argent à partir de cartes de porte. Tout d'abord, le prix de coût de cette carte est inférieur à USD1. Je knpw parce que j'ai beaucoup d'amis de l'hôtelier. Ainsi USD10 est profitable. Je ne suis pas surpris qu'ils ne me rendraient pas l'argent, même quand les faits sont évidents. Ils ont dit que les gens étaient très en colère, mais ils n'avaient pas voulu les rendre.

Le séjour était moyen. Le personnel du bureau de front parle bien anglais. J'ai visité à la fin de janvier. La chambre était trop chaude pour mon amour, donc mon sommeil n'était pas trop bon. Le climatisation ne fonctionne pas en hiver et la baisse de la température prend pour toujours. La seule façon de refroidir est d'ouvrir la fenêtre, mais avec la qualité de l'air très mauvaise - pas conseillée. J'ai commandé un service de chambre à partir du lieu irlandais, mais le gars ne parle pas bien anglais, donc au lieu de pompe à pompe, j'ai eu une soupe de crème de viande. Le petit déjeuner qui a dû commencer à 7 h est à 30 minutes de retard. Il n'y a pas d'autres plaintes. Oh, peut-être juste l'odorat omniprésente de charbon dans toute la ville, donc aussi dans les chambres, mais je pense que c'est juste moi, un visiteur qui ne s'y habitue pas.

The place was clean and good accomodation. Loved the hotel and its decor along with the area to relax and enjoy breakfast. Really liked the breakfast and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to recommend this place.

Le séjour de l'hôtel Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar a été une expérience mixte, donc ma notation de trois étoiles. Le personnel de l'hôtel était généralement amiable et courtois. Le service de la chambre est très bien situé, mais il est très facile de trouver un accès à la chambre. Nous avons dû aller jusqu'à ce que nous fournissions des écrans de preuve de nos détails de réservation pour corriger la question - une situation qui était loin d'être idéale et qui a quelque peu détruit l'impression initiale de notre séjour. La politique de prix était basée sur un élément et non sur un kilogramme, ce qui a entraîné un coût prohibitif élevé. Cela a été particulièrement inconvenant pour un séjour de longue durée. En conclusion, alors que le Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar offre des hébergements confortables et un service généralement amiable, les problèmes rencontrés lors du check-in et avec le service de lave-linge ont été des inconvénients importants. I have traveled to many places far and wide, and NEVER expected to have one of the finest hotels I have every stayed in be in Mongolia! As part of my Mongolian Luxury Tours, I had THREE opportuinities to stay at the Blue Sky (arrival, return from Gobi desert, return from Western Mongolia) and each time was superb. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms, service, and friendliness made each stay very wonderful and welcoming. You can not go wrong with this hotel. It is GREAT!!!

Le restaurant est très confortable et confortable. Si je suis assez chanceux de revenir à Ulaanbaatar, je resterai là. Il y avait une personne en particulier - la dame qui travaillait le bureau de front la nuit du 7 mars jusqu'au début du matin du 8 mars (je n'ai malheureusement pas reçu son nom) - qui se trouvait. Elle était un excellent membre de votre personnel et une magnifique ambassadeur pour les hôtels Ramada.

Stayed here 3 different times while on a tour of Mongolia. Staff at front desk are friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but air conditioning was very cold and could not adjust so finally had to just turn it off. Hotel is in great location a block from the big square and close to a large mall and cashmere store on the corner and another across the street. (Note: entrance to the mall is on second floor from the cashmere store on the corner outside of hotel and to the right). I had one major issue- I turned on my “do not disturb” light when we left for the day and when I returned that evening the light was off and my room had been made up. I advised the tour guide who said something to the front desk person and she responded that the room had only been entered to leave new bottles of water - so I guess if you have the do not disturb sign on they still enter to leave water? It was upsetting because they never addressed the issue of making up the room. The other two times we were only there for a night and things were OK. Room had amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion as well as coffee and tea, but bring your own washcloth if you are used to using one. Also room has a safe. Breakfast buffet was good but not wonderful but it was the best we had out of all of the other places we stayed while in Mongolia. Hotel can also provide airport pick up and return for a fee if you contact them and advise arrival time and number of people and suitcases. Hotel is located about a one hour drive in normal traffic from airport and 20-30 min longer in heavy traffic.

This hotel does not meet the standards of other Kempinskis. My family and I travel a lot, like A LOT, and we've been to many Kempinski hotels. The problems started with our booking, which we made directly through the hotels' website (not a 3rd party). The booking states a 12:00 check in, but the hotel told us this was a mistake and their check in time is 2:00 pm. They allowed us to check in at noon without a fee, but it took series of emails in advance. We also booked the breakfast meal package through the website. On our first morning in the breakfast lounge, we were told we didn't get breakfast because we didn't have the meal package. Once again, I had to pull out my reservation receipt and prove (in front of other guests) that we had paid for the breakfast. They of course accepted the receipt and realized they made an error, but it was another hassle we shouldn't have had to deal with. The day before our departure, we requested the hotel have a cab ready for us to catch our early flight (we needed to leave the hotel around 3:30 am). The young man behind the desk indicated he would do so and that we could expect a 100,000 tugrik (about 29.00 USD) flat rate for the taxi ride (this is also what we paid to get to the hotel). After spending the day on the town, buying souvenirs, and spending our local currency (but saving taxi money), we returned to the hotel. I double checked with a different guy at the desk that we would have a taxi waiting for us. Afterall, as the evening Front Desk Receptionist, it would be his job to call the taxi company. It was good I double checked, because the other guy hadn't taken action and hadn't passed along the request. Moreover, when the taxi arrived in the wee hours of the morning, we were told by the Front Desk Receptionist that it was actually a 200,000 tugrik charge (double!). We were also told the first ”receptionist” we had spoken to earlier in the day was actually a Bell Hop and we were informed that he wasn't even supposed to be working behind the counter. As a result, we had no choice but to withdraw additional local currency (taxi couldn't take a card) from the hotel Front Desk (for a nice fee) in order to pay the taxi. What's particularly irksome is that we had plenty of cash which we would have saved if we had simply been told the correct amount. There were other issues, but this review is already lengthy... Overall, we had a less than stellar experience at this Kempinski. If you're going to Ulaanbaatar, I'd recommend you stay elsewhere. If we ever go back we'll probably stay at the Shangri-la. It's closer to the airport as well as the heart of the city.
