Grocery 5 mins up hill, beach and restaurants 10 mins down hill. The host, Ramzes, is the most welcoming of fine fellows, and most informative in conversation in broken English. When I slipped over, he took me to hospital and checked on my health like a son. A very good man."

"Last year i was at this hotel and it was phenomenal place we loved it than we decided go come to the same hotel this year to but so different from what i got to see and experience last year. The elevator does not work i have to walk to the 4th floor which I’m paying 175€ per night with breakfast only. The pool is dirty and small crowded with a lot of people that you will not be able to get in because does not fit. The breakfast there is nothing to really eat things that you can buy in store nothing cooked from the kitchen.Also you will have to pay 20€ extra for the umbrellas at the beach. For my opinion, you’re basically paying €175 only for sleep nothing else which is not worth it."

"Cet hôtel de charme possède une magnifique cour-jardin verdoyante, ornée d'hibiscus, donnant sur le port. Idéalement situé au cœur de la vieille ville, il se trouve à proximité des meilleurs restaurants et à quelques pas des clubs de plage à l'ouest et au nord. Son restaurant, parmi les plus agréables et décontractés de la ville, propose une cuisine locale variée et offre une réduction aux clients de l'hôtel. Certains clients ont tellement apprécié la cuisine qu'ils y ont dîné tous les soirs ! Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons été ravis de rencontrer le personnel et les clients venus du monde entier, notamment d'Afrique du Sud, de Belgique et d'Allemagne. L'hôtel dispose également d'une petite piscine, parfaite pour se rafraîchir et profiter des premiers et derniers rayons du soleil. Elle est cependant un peu petite pour les amateurs de natation. Le seul point négatif est l'absence de parking privé et gratuit, ainsi que la circulation dense à Ulcinj, qui peut parfois rendre la circulation et le stationnement difficiles. Dans la ville basse, circuler en voiture peut s'avérer assez stressant, car les voitures sont souvent garées avec les fesses sur la chaussée, et les piétons marchent autant sur la route que sur les trottoirs. Cependant, en connaissant bien la ville, on trouve trois zones de stationnement pratiques : deux gratuites et une payante. Les deux zones gratuites se situent autour du port (il faut alors marcher un peu pour rejoindre l'hôtel) et au nord des remparts de la vieille ville. Il existe également un parking payant au nord des remparts, où l'on trouve généralement une place. Un ticket journalier permet d'entrer et de sortir du parking à volonté pendant 24 heures. Au 24 septembre, le tarif était d'environ 15 euros par jour. Il est également possible de payer à l'heure, environ 2 euros de l'heure."
