Additionally, the absence of food services within the hotel could be a drawback for guests looking for mealtime convenience, though unlimited free coffee and bottled water are pleasant perks. One should note that the reception closes at 6 PM, which could pose challenges for late arrivals or those needing evening assistance. The rooms, while clean and maintaining the property's antique charm, do not have TVs and the old mansion’s thin walls mean sounds carry easily from room to room. Despite these issues, the hotel's cleanliness and prime location make it a compelling choice for travelers, particularly those interested in the arts, who don't mind a few inconveniences during their stay."

The owners, Şebnem and Oğuz, are the kindest hosts you could ask for—so warm and welcoming. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing and completely homemade by Oğuz himself—even the Turkish sausage! Every detail was prepared with so much love and care, and you can truly taste the difference. The konak is beautiful, full of character, and perfectly maintained, offering a cozy and authentic atmosphere that makes you feel at home. We left with full hearts (and full stomachs!) and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place if you want a genuine and unforgettable Urla experience!"

"The hotel of the Ruzilla Hotel, which we prefer to stay in Urla, is a place that gives its name more than just a place. You feel like yourself in your home, with a beautiful and indoor concept. It is incredibly pleasant to spend time in the wonderful garden. Its breakfast is very tasty, delicately prepared and offered with natural products. The workers are very interested and lazy, they approach you sincerely. The manager Kemal Bey is a really perfect person, carrying the hotel to another point with the value and the temperature he has given his guests. Also, the hotel is at the distance of walking to the hill, a great advantage in terms of its location. You are both comfortable and staying in a peaceful environment. If you go to Urla, I recommend the Hotel of Peace with a great comfort."

We provided a document proving that we were unable to travel, but no refund or compensation was offered.
