Bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom I have seen from San Diego to Valdosta! Very pleasantly surprised as we have never stayed at a Country Inn & Suites. Staff were pleasant. The room was nicely appointed with lots of pillows. The mattress was quite comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

This was my 3rd stay here but first in many years. Upon arrival, I requested an upgrade for my Diamond level IHG status but was abruptly told that the hotel was full! ok, I understand. I then asked, if possible, to have a room with a tub. No trouble so we checked in and went to a room which only had a shower! Back to the lobby and a different, but friendlier person. She gave us a room but upon arrival there, we found a tub but also drooping drapes and a loose lock on main door plus it was a connecting room. Back to the lobby and the same second person, but she disappeared and a manager appeared. The manager was very apologetic and offered us each a free drink. She gave us an end room, which I believe she called an ”Endeavour” room, which she said was one usually reserved for Delta pilots. We got there and it did have a tub but was also a connecting one. I gave up! The weirdest aspect of this room was the location of the toilet. To stand in front of the sink, one had to straddle the toilet since it stuck out and obviously was a last minute placement. (see picture) We headed to the bar area for our free drink plus decided to use our 1/2 price drink/appetizer coupon that everyone receives for a steak quesadilla appetizer. It was mostly soggy ground beef, but it did for our dinner since we weren't too hungry after a mid-afternoon lunch in Cordele. We had planned to go to Publix and get some wine and maybe some snacks, but we decided just to make do with one drink and a split appetizer so money saved! While we were having our appetizer, the manager walked by and asked about our room. I thanked her for her attention but stated that our room was a connecting one. She immediately had the bartender give up a 2nd round of drinks; me Gin & Tonic, other half, white wine. We finished our appetizer and took the remaining drinks to the room and got to bed early. Breakfast the next morning which I receive complimentary as a Diamond perk was very good with great service. The 2 servers and the chef were very friendly and welcoming. I got a large glass of water, which I refilled twice. I had the biscuits and gravy which came with 2 eggs and a meat (I had bacon, which I requested soft but it was a quite firm since they must prepare the bacon in advance and just keep it warm!) Other half had a wrap and a bowl of fruit. In summary, manager tried her best. She said she would have definitely upgraded us to a suite due to my status had the hotel not been full. The breakfast team was fantastic and as welcoming as I remembered 5+ years ago. I would still give this place another chance but would hope for no issues, although I did enjoy 2 rounds of free drinks.

Nous avons montré un 5AM et nous avons besoin de nettoyer et de dormir un peu. L'excellente dame de bureau nous a donné une heure supplémentaire (au-delà de l'inspection 11AM), puis l'équipage de nettoyage a été conseillé de nous donner une autre heure de désert. Superbe gestion, superbe service .... Merci!!!! Très gentils !

Il s'agit d'un ancien hôtel. La chambre elle-même était juste bien, assez bon pour dormir quelque part pendant l'évacuation d'un huracán. La porte avant était difficile à ouvrir et à fermer. Les boucles de sécurité ont été brisées et ne fonctionnaient pas, y compris le bout de mort. Nous avons dû mettre des chaises devant la porte pour nous sentir en sécurité. La porte de la salle de bains ne s'arrêtait pas du tout. Nous avons dû la garder fermée avec nos pieds pendant que nous utilisions le toilette. Le tube doit être remplacé. Le revêtement sortait en plusieurs endroits. Les tapis et les ailes semblaient ne jamais être nettoyés. Il y avait plusieurs ailes manquantes et craquées. La grotte était complètement noire. La distance se sentait attachée et il y avait un cheveux attaché dans le guide du canal laminé. Il y avait aussi des cheveux dans le tube et sur les serviettes et laver les vêtements. Les téléphones n'ont même pas une corde de sorte qu'ils ne fonctionnent pas. Si quelqu'un avait besoin d'aide et n'avait pas de téléphone portable, ils seraient en difficulté. Le wifi était horrible aussi. J'avais presque aucun service en tout cas. Ils n'ont offert que des Danois et des Muffins. Nous attendions au moins des bars de céréales ou de granola. La micro-ondes a été colorée et le réfrigérateur a semblé propre, mais nous n'en avons pas utilisé. Le plus beau endroit est que l'hôtel accepte les animaux de compagnie, les lits étaient doux et le personnel avec lequel nous interagissons était très agréable et utile. Nous ne réserverons pas là même si nous devons évacuer.

Nous avons séjourné ici pour la nuit, en passant par notre route vers la Floride du Sud. Bien qu'il n'ait pas eu de grands commentaires, il a dit qu'il était rénové, donc nous avons décidé de lui donner une chance. C'était bien juste pour la nuit, mais je ne pense pas que je resterais plus longtemps que ça. Je me suis dit que c'était bizarre de vérifier que la personne de la table de front a gardé fermé les portes d'entrée du bureau, et ce n'était pas même pas si tard à ce moment-là, peut-être 7 h. Il m'a inquiété de quel type de zone nous pourrions rester. Dans la chambre, nous avons poussé le lit contre le mur puisque les jeunes enfants mt allaient dormir sur le mur, de sorte qu'ils ne se dérouleront pas et vous pourriez dire qu'ils n'ont pas nettoyé sous le lit pendant un certain temps. Il y avait toutes sortes de vieux aliments et Dieu sait ce qui y est. Les excursions électriques étaient aussi sifflées près de la salle de bains. Mon poil a travaillé bien à la maison et bien après à notre hôtel en Floride a continué de fermer quand il est entré. Il y avait aussi des peaux dans les murs de la salle de bain, mais ce n'est pas un déaler pour moi. La douche était aussi clos mais comme nous passais seulement nous sommes parvenus à passer la douche cette nuit. Mon dernier problème était le manque de petit déjeuner. J'ai remarqué dans la réservation qu'il dit « petit déjeuner », donc j'ai appelé devant la main pour s'assurer qu'il est vraiment petit déjeuner et ils l'ont fait sonner comme il était. Mais il n'était pas. C'était essentiellement du café et des muffins. Si j'avais su que je n'aurais probablement pas réservé là. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Nous avons eu un lit confortable pour dormir dans notre voyage et n'avons pas vu quelque chose comme des roches ou quelque chose comme un plus.
