About the Apartment: This newly renovated 80 square meters duplex apartment is located on the third floor of an historic, traditional Maltese building with an elevator. As the house is situated overall several levels with stairs, it is, unfortunately, handicap inaccessible. The flat features a private rooftop terrace with stunning views of La Valletta, Sliema and partial sea views. This area is furnished with a table and chairs and a barbecue grill. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited on the terrace. The living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and flat screen TV with local channels. The sofa can be used to sleep two guests if necessary and additional linens are provided. This area features lovely parquet flooring. Off of the living area lies the bedroom with a double bed. All bedding, linens and pillows are provided, and you’ll find the beds neatly made on arrival. Please note the bedroom is separated from the living space by a wall (without a door). The bathroom is located off the living space. It is outfitted with double sinks, a toilet, bidet and a bathtub with a handheld hose. A hair dryer is provided so there is no need to pack one.
