We like the Airtel. We’ve stayed here many times over the years. We were told they closed to the public for a couple years and became a homeless shelter. Admirable, but now that they’re open to the public again they really need to resume the same services they had. No restaurants. No in-room coffee. No microwave. No refrigerator (unless you ask for one and lucky enough to get one of few they have left). Crack in the bathroom sink. Not even an ice-machine, but at least you can bring your ice bucket to the front desk and they’ll fill it for you. It’s evident that they HAVE been working on restoring the place; the room was clean, great pillows, A/C worked fine, but they have a long way to go to regain their “former glory”. Were it not for Gary at the front desk (who did everything in his power to make us happy), we probably wouldn’t be back, but we will return.

Le lit de la chambre est relativement grand, équivalent à deux petits lits doubles. Le parking est assez grand sans frais. La réception était très polie. L'une des réceptionnistes a dit qu'elle avait été en Chine et qu'elle était très amicale avec les Chinois. L'hôtel est proche de l'autoroute 405, il est pratique de voyager si vous louez une voiture, mais Los Angeles a une grande superficie et des transports en commun peu peuplés. Un kilomètre au nord de l'hôtel se trouve Costco, à deux kilomètres au nord il y a un grand supermarché chinois avec beaucoup de nourriture et de plats cuisinés. Un peu plus de deux kilomètres au sud, il y a un supermarché Whole Foods Marked food, mais les fruits des supermarchés américains ne sont généralement pas frais. La nourriture autour de l'hôtel est également bonne, et le rouleau de barbecue à côté de l'hôtel est bon. Il y a un restaurant chinois ouvert par des Hongkongais à côté, le goût est moyen. 9 9 Il y a un restaurant cantonais ”Sanhe” à côté du supermarché chinois. Il y a un ”Huaguan” ouvert par un étranger à Sherman Oaks Square, qui vend de la fausse nourriture chinoise, qui a très bon goût.

La zone où l'hôtel est à laisser quelque chose à désirer mais parce que la plupart des hôtels dans la zone ont été réservés ( je ne sais pas pourquoi au milieu d'un verrouil), donc pas de choix mais de partir avec cela ( confiance, il y avait des pires dans la liste des choix, yuck! ) Il semble également que la plupart des personnes qui restaient dans cette zone se déplaçaient ou passaient par cette zone parce qu'elles ne semblent pas être de la zone ( pour être honnêtes, elles ressemblent à des personnes qui ont perdu leur maison ou ont été en drogue parce que leurs véhicules étaient Mais en tout cas, même si je voulais être au premier étage, j'étais affecté au deuxième étage, entre deux chambres qui étaient juste bruyantes, et je l'ai dit au bureau de front, mais pas de façon à me relocaliser, l'hôtel n'a pas de vacances, donc après deux nuits je peux Ne prenez plus ça et devriez-vous vérifier tôt, et c'était un séjour prépayé La dame chinoise n'était pas heureuse que je vérifie et a eu l'audace de me dire que la prochaine fois je dois être sûr de mes dates. (J'ai entendu ! et quand je lui ai demandé de répéter ce qu'elle a dit ) elle ne dit rien que de crss que je l'ai déjà comprise, donc la leçon est de ne pas revenir ici de nouveau.

We like the Airtel. We’ve stayed here many times over the years. We were told they closed to the public for a couple years and became a homeless shelter. Admirable, but now that they’re open to the public again they really need to resume the same services they had. No restaurants. No in-room coffee. No microwave. No refrigerator (unless you ask for one and lucky enough to get one of few they have left). Crack in the bathroom sink. Not even an ice-machine, but at least you can bring your ice bucket to the front desk and they’ll fill it for you. It’s evident that they HAVE been working on restoring the place; the room was clean, great pillows, A/C worked fine, but they have a long way to go to regain their “former glory”. Were it not for Gary at the front desk (who did everything in his power to make us happy), we probably wouldn’t be back, but we will return.
