"To begin with the front desk clerks were great and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed & it was June 1st, so that was a bummer. They advertise a gourmet breakfast, to my surprise --- it wasn't even close, no cream for the coffee, one of the juice drinks were out , no yogurt, then to top it all off ---- The waffle machine was disgusting!!! Dirty, & when I asked about the lady making a waffle ahead of me about her waffle sticking to the waffle maker,the host said " well, it's because all of the non stick coating on the waffle maker is worn off" & the hotel was supposed to be getting a new one!!! When I wiped it with a napkin - black stuff appeared on it... So needless to say NO Waffle for me Today!! The waffle maker shouldn't have even been in use! Wow. And the temperature of the sausage Links were cold to the touch!! Very disappointed, Louann Archer/Steven Vaughn"

"Le personnel de cet hôtel était bien plus utile et bienvenu que tout hôtel que j'ai jamais séjourné. Le personnel et le petit déjeuner sont toujours à la recherche des clients et nous sommes tous surveillés pour que chacun ait ce qu'il avait besoin et qu'il ait été pris en charge. Notre chambre au troisième étage était vaste, spacieuse, comprenant deux fenêtres gigantesques Riverview, et était plus propre que n'importe quel hôtel que j'ai séjourné auparavant. Le petit déjeuner buffet est plus délicieux et plus grand que tout petit déjeuner buffet d'autres hôtels. Pas une seule plainte et je recommande cet hôtel à quiconque cherche à rester dans le centre-ville de Evansville !!"

"Stayed here for two days. The breakfast was very good, with ham and fried eggs. The staff was also quite welcoming. The location is very good, right at the exit of the highway and on a main road in the city. There is a shopping mall next to me, so shopping is very convenient. Good review!"

"Dirty. Blood on the comforter in two places. Shower was gross and obviously not cleaned in several months. Carpet had something gross resembling blood on it. Apple juice and decaf coffee did not work. I would never stay here again. It was disgustingly dirty. If I hadn't had been there with family who had paid we would have left."
