The hotel is under rated. It is a 3star hotel with facilities and design like a 4 star hotel. We booked 7 rooms and had 10 cars with us we were wondering hotel does not have a parking but the staff told us that the hotel have a valet parking when we went there we found huge parking & secure space land where a lot of car can be parked its just a 2 mins drive hardly. Food:- Chef Manish made our day right from the breakfast lunch and dinner it was superb with not so hotel hyped up rates.. the rates were genuine and taste was superb Soft Drinks:- This hotel does not have a lot of soft drinks options except for cold drinks juices and sodas Rooms:- we booked mix category rooms and all the rooms were cozy and used natural colors interior we felt very relaxed. Price- we booked the rooms from MAKEMYTRIP out of 7 rooms 4 we booked from MMT and rest we booked directly through them in which we got cheaper rates i suggest you to do the same. Staffs:- Hotel is new staff experience was mixed experience. Amenties- Top notched General Manager- This *** is very kind and highly professional. For our every queries he had the best advises from Banarasi saree to local sightseeings all he managed very well.

Un voyage en Inde seul, un trajet en train de nuit. Arrivée directement à Varanasi dans la matinée. Très facile à trouver, juste dans la ruelle à l'intersection. La petite cour a un bon environnement et les chambres sont propres, ce qui contraste fortement avec le monde extérieur. Mangez plus en accord avec les goûts étrangers. Le plus reconnaissant est le jeune homme de la réception, sunil, qui est très sérieux et prudent. Je ne parle pas bien anglais, alors il a téléchargé lui-même le dialogue de traduction chinois-anglais ! Tant de choses m'ont aidé. Et je suis allé à Luyeyuan, il m'a aidé à envoyer une voiture Tutu qui a coûté le passage à la population locale ! Merci beaucoup. Tout le monde est très gentil et tout le monde peut être rassuré.

Parfait
NNati Costahôtel bon. Chambre propre et agréable. Grand et nouveau qui n'est pas commun à Varanasi. Personnel très gentil et utile. Restaurant un peu sombre et pas aussi nouveau que les chambres. Tout à fait digne de séjour. Il est relaxant de retourner à cet hôtel après l'intensité de la vie quotidienne de Varanasi.

Très bien accueillis. Chambres spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le chef cuisinier est attentif à vos attentes. Les serveurs au restaurant sont eux aussi très attentionnés (merci à Sonu qui a été très gentille avec nous). Très professionnels et la cuisine est savoureuse. Après un après -midi aux gâtas, l’ambiance de l’hôtel est reposante. Piscine bien entretenue. Ne pas hésiter à demander à la réception de réserver les taxis. Un vrai plaisir de passer quelques jours dans cet hôtel.

IInvitéA quiet and comfortable hotel tucked in one of the busy main roads of Benaras. The hotel has a good location with multiple choices of public travel (Uber, Ola, local autos and e-rickshaws) to reach the temples, ghats and local shopping areas. The hotel has an elegant aura that makes you feel immediately welcomed with neat and spacious rooms. The staff are very efficient and polite and forthcoming to share local details when asked. Amongst the best things that will take me back again to the hotel on my next visit are the hotel's respect for guest's privacy and the excellent food at their restaurant.

Welcome is good but the stay experience is very poor 1. No exhaust in toilet/bathroom, handwash isn't even available.Forget a bath tub, geyser isnt even working properly. 2. Very poor maintenance of rooms,wall seepage observed,fungus filled pillows,damaged room lock,no slippers given,untidy blanket 3. Staff is good but no clear instructions given to them from their mgmt side. 4. House keeping is not being done. Rooms need to be cleaned daily, dustbins need to have cover and should be cleaned daily. 5. Door mats should be given atleast for bathroom. Slippers need to be provided 6. No cleaning of towels,rooms,toilet etc. 7. Only the welcome lounge is good but not rooms.Size of rooms is extremely small, not at all suitable for the price. 8. Limited options available for maincourse. You are not allowed to choose both fish& chicken. What if one member doesnot eat any one of those. 9. I have visited HHI Bbsr, but HHI Varanasi isn't that good. 10. Needs a lot of improvement in service or else the hotel is going to loose all its guests if this kind of service continues. People are not going to come again to this hotel for this kind of service at such high prices.
