The flagship of Casa dell’Arco is the breathtaking view over the Lake Como. Casa dell’Arco is located in the heart of Varenna, a true urban example of the old Italian villages. Except the main street crossing the village, all others are pedestrian stairs ways (contrada) that bring you down to the lake, ideal for children. The apartment is on top of the building, on two floors and outside the living room are two balconies. The interiors are stylish and modern and the apartment has been completely restored in early 2010. The lake is 20 meters far and in 5’ of pleasant walk along the lake you reach the ferry dock. The train station is only 10' far. Close to the apartment are : pharmacy, grocery, butcher, bank, restaurants and bars.
