Seehotel Hubertushof

Our stay was in one word "EXCELLENT". The location of the hotel is the best around, Perfectly situated in the town and with a fabulous decking area with access to the Lake, the Staff is most willing to help and the restaurant has the best food/best service. Most thanks for all done by all staff to support. Hope to return soon.

One of my favourite hotels. Anywhere! Family run, with an extremely warm welcome from every one of the staff, from the reception, to the gentleman who parked my car, to the restaurant staff and lady who cleaned my room. A characterful, stylish hotel, with individually designed and furnished bedrooms and some beautiful communal areas. Luxurious, but not ostentatious. Perfectly situated in the town and with a fabulous decking area with access to the Lake. And they think of everything. Even a Nespresso machine for making a coffee al fresco after a morning swim. I look forward to returning!

Everything was great, the only thing I didn't like was that from my balcony I saw naked old people swimming in lake at 9 am in morning. I guess it's disgusting to drink u coffee and see naked old people when the viwe of lake is awsome. So my advice is to tell people to not do that, more of that were children in hotel too.

When I booked our seven-night stay at this very nice hotel, I asked for a non-smoking room. I was assured most emphatically that it is a non-smoking hotel. Yet ash trays are provided on the balconies. Having smokers on the next balcony and the one above spoiled our experience when the weather allowed the balcony to be used. If you are planning to visit Velden, the Hubertushof is the place to stay. It is a well-appointed hotel and provides excellent and extensive breakfasts, with hot food cooked to order if required. Regina deserves a special mention for her friendly, prompt and efficient service. We had two dinners in the hotel. They were slightly expensive but of high quality. However, I don't recommend the 'slow cook menu' which, on one occasion, included some almost raw vegetables. Velden is a lovely little town and well worth a visit, but the weather was awful in late September, which emphasised the limited amount of things to do here if you're not a water sports enthusiast. The nearby cities of Klagenfurt and Villach are not particularly interesting, and there's a limit to the number of rides anyone wants to take on the Woerthersee. We're pleased that we stayed here, but we are unlikely to return.

Sehr aufgeschlossenes, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage mitten im Ort und direkt am See. Tolles Essen auch für zwischendurch und toller Service. Weiter so. Wir wollen sehr gerne wiederkommen. Elena&Dieter

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Seehotel! Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist traumhaft und lädt zu entspannten Spaziergängen und wunderschönen Ausblicken ein. Unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war komfortabel, sauber und bot einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und sehr lecker, mit vielen regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das immer mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle war und uns das Gefühl gab, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Das Abendessen im Seehotel Hubertushof war ein Highlight! Die Qualität der Speisen war ausgezeichnet – frisch, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Ein wahrer Genuss, der den Tag perfekt abgerundet hat! Ein perfekter Ort für eine erholsame Auszeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schön renoviertes, familiär geführtes Hotel in einer Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal! Tolles Frühstücksbüffet, für jeden etwas dabei! Zimmer sind sauber und sehr schön renoviert im Retro Look! Der Ausblick von der Seevilla ist super!

Das Ambiente, die Einrichtung, die Farben in diesem Haus sind wirklich extrem ansprechend, die Qualität des Essens hervorragend, ein kulinarischer Gaumengenuss!! Die Produkte aus der Region, das schmeckt man!! Der Welness- und Strandbereich herrlich!! Im Wellnessbereich gibt es Getränke und Obst zur freien Entnahme!! Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll, funktionell und eine sehr schöne Kombination aus modern und ein paar Vintage Akzenten!! Das Personal ist äußerst kompetent, umsichtig und freundlich, obwohl die Saison schon lange war!! Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!!
