The rooms did not match the pictures on the portals. We booked as a family (5 people) for two nights: We were given two rooms, very far apart. The rooms corresponded to simple student accommodation, definitely not a hotel. Standard 1 star. Bathroom, WC as shared bathroom, no washbasin in the room. The entire house is accommodation for students in a student association. Absolutely not suitable for families. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. There were no proper duvets: Military or homeless duvets were offered. Pillows very uncomfortable and hard. Rooms were not really clean, there was dust and dust balls everywhere. We arrived relatively late due to the traffic situation and long boat journey. We stayed one night, checked out immediately in the morning and booked other accommodation as this accommodation was not suitable for a family. We asked for the money back for the second night. No response to our three emails which we sent directly to the person responsible (personal email via business card).
